Armana Frauleins
I was in my room when I heard a knock. I already told Scarlet that I don't need her anymore. Who could it be?
"Come in." I said softly, unprepared of who might come. I still haven't dressed into my night gown so I didn't care about my dress.
"Am I disturbing, Your Highness?" Charles came out of nowhere with a smile on his face.
He smiles too?
"No. Not at all, please come inside." I said, standing up from my bed.
He came inside holding a large bouquet of Crystal Magnolia. It was so big that I bet I couldn't handle it.
"Wow." I muttered. "The smell is really nice."
"The season of it already ended so I had to get it from another nation. I hope I didn't make you wait long." He said.
"No, Sir Dullén . This makes me the happiest human alive that you yourself worked so hard to get me these. I don't know how to express my gratitude towards you. Thank you." I said.
Charles was really nice. How could I cuss at him before?
"The pleasure is mine. You asked for it and I got for you." He said. "I should take my leave now as it's already late. I am sure you have to wake up early to attend the banquet."
I nodded and we both bid eachother farewell. He is really nice. God, I want to cry.

"You look really nice, Your Highness!" Scarlet squealed as she made my hair and put a pearl head set.
"All thanks to you, Scarlet. You made me look like a Princess ones again." I smiled, making eye contact with her through the mirror.
"You are a Princess, Your Highness. You are gorgeous! I bet His Majesty's going to fall head over heels for you!" She said excitedly and I chuckled.
Funny of her to think Lorenzo would choose me instead of Fiona.
"Sir Charles definitely likes you." Scarlet said as we went down the stairs, to outside where the carriages are waiting.
"He is just doing his duty." I said as I couldn't handle Scarlet's delusions.
"Your Highness, he has never done it before. Not even with Lady Fiona. You don't know how many times Lady Fiona tried to gain Sir Charles's favour but she failed each and every time." Scarlet shrugged.
We went outside where I saw Fiona wearing that green dress I selected for her. I feel so proud. Beside her was . . .
I thought Lorenzo would be wearing Royale blue? How is he matching with Fiona? Did she tell him that she would be wearing green? Did she just snitch on me? No way. . . She wouldn't do that.
"Your Highness. . ." Scarlet murmured as she noticed the same thing.
I shook my head for her to keep quiet and she did. Fiona smiled at me softly and greeted me, complimented me.
My eyes landed on Lorenzo whose eyes were already on mine. How long has he been staring? Judging by his reaction, he already knew I was going to wear blue. Did he do that for me to look like a hopeless girl who was desperate in love? Would it kill him to save my fucking reputation in front of the nobles that will be attending today's banquet.
I looked away from him, hating him even more. How did the real Armana control her anger? Well, she didn't but I have to.
I saw Charles came greeting all of us at the same time. Charles smiled at me and I smiled back. Scarlet smirked and I rolled my eyes.
I thanked him again for yesterday and he simply told me it was just his duty. Again, Charles should be the male lead, not Lorenzo, not Nikolai.
There was no way I would sit with Fiona and Lorenzo in the same carriage on top of that. My reputation is already ruined as it already is, I don't want to make it worse.
"I will accompany Her Highness." Charles said as he gestured towards the carriage.
Lorenzo and Fiona was taking a carriage and Charles and I were talking another carriage while tens of knights were on the horse guarding us to the banquet.
The carriage began to move as our journey to the banquet began. . .
Charles cleared his throat and spoke with his British accent, "How come His Majesty didn't match with you but Lady Fiona?"
"I, myself wanted to but I guess Lorenzo had different plans." I shrugged as I glanced through the small window.
All the people looking at my direction, kids are waving at me. I waved back and there was a soft smile on their face which calmed my heart.
I looked at Charles who was staring at me. I quickly looked away. He's probably testing me again. Oh, I am getting deja vu.
"I have to visit the City Market soon." I said, breaking the silence.
"Why's that?" Charles asked, folding his arms.
"I want to explore the North as much as I can." I answered, looking out the window. "I heard there are plenty of places which have flower gardens and all."
"The North is indeed a place of flowers." He replied. "You must really like flowers."
"I do. Even in the South, father made a big garden for me. I used to go there everyday." I said.
The interesting thing was. . . Even if I reincarnated here a few months ago, I remember Armana's memory clearly. So, it doesn't bother me to tell people what I did as a child or teenager.
Charles scoffed out of nowhere.
I looked at him in confusion.
"I still cannot find the reason for you to be this calm when a lady is trying to steal the one you love." He said, out of nowhere.
Oh, they know I am desperately in love Lorenzo but they don't know that I am desperately in love with my own life and I want to survive.
I smiled softly, "I don't hold grudges towards Lady Fiona. She's been with His Majesty more than I did so, of course they are close." I paused. "Besides, you cannot make people fall in love with you. It's a natural thing."
He nodded, without saying anything.
"You will realise it one day that the person you are going to fall in love with is someone beyond your imagination." I said.
He nodded, "I can agree with that." Then he looked outside the window.
We didn't talk any further until we reached our destination. The Baron's mansion.
Charles got out first and gestured his hand towards me. I held it and went down the carriage. I saw Lorenzo doing the same thing as Charles and Fiona getting out the carriage.
Her gaze landed on me and Charles and a hint of disappointment spread her face. I raised my brow at her and she smiled at me.
"Let's go." Lorenzo said, enough for all of us to hear.
