IF SOMEONE TOLD Mia that she has been at Hogwarts for two months, she would've laugh in their face.
Mia faced the startling realization when she learned it was Halloween. Everyone in the castle was in high spirits. Alicia hasn't shut up about the feast ever since Mia woke up, which only made the teen even more eager.
Once Mia reached her seat at the table, she paused before glancing around in confusion. "Where's Hermione?" The teen turned towards Harry and Ron, whose mouths were too full to answer.
"Parvati said that she wouldn't come out of the girl's bathroom." Neville answered, "She said that she'd been in there all afternoon, crying."
"Thank you, Neville." Mia gave the boy a smile, before turning back Ron "What did you say to her?" Ron opened his mouth in disbelief, food spilling from it "I didn't say anything!"
"Of course, you didn't." Mia scoffed, shaking her head "You don't know when to keep your bloody mouth shut, Ronald!" The teen glared down at the red head boy, who couldn't meet her eyes.
"I might've said that-that she was nightmare," Ron muttered "andthatshehadnofriends."
Mia closed her eyes, trying to hold herself back but she didn't try her best as she reached over slapping Ron upside the head, and then the same towards her brother.
"Ow! What was that for?!"
"You know what that was for, Harry! You two don't think about anyone, but yourselves do you?" Mia yelled at them, before turning around and heading out of the Great Hall.
When Mia reached the girl's bathroom, opening the door to immediately hear crying, her heart hurt for Hermione.
"Hermione?"
The crying stopped, making Mia walk closer to the stalls. "M-Mia? Is that you!"
"Yeah, it's me."
The last stall opened as Hermione met Mia's gaze. The teen regretted not punching Ron in the face when she saw the tear stains on Hermione's face. "I heard what happened."
"It's alright, Ronald was only telling the truth, no matter how much it hurt." Hermione shrugged, wiping her face.
"What the hell are you saying, Hermione?" Mia stared at the girl in disbelief, "Do I have to slap you, too?"
