--Ally Christian
I hold one hand out in front of me while gripping onto Drew's hand. I slowly step closer to Drew's surprise for me. I move my arm around and I ram it into something hard.
"Ow!" I cry out. "That hurt."
I feel Drew's hand rub my arm as he moves it upwards. Suddenly I feel his soft lips make contact with my arm and my heart skips a beat. I giggle and he asks, "All better?"
"Definitely," I respond smiling, wishing I could see his face through my blindfold.
"Are you ready for the surprise?" he asks.
I nearly squeal and jump in joy after I answer with, "Yes yes yes!"
He pulls the blindfold off of my head and what I see makes my smile drop. I look at him in confusion and look back at the blank white door. He turns his body to face me and he cups my face in his hands and gives me a kiss so good that I bet my ovaries just exploded. When the kiss is sadly over, he looks into my eyes; keeping his hands gently on my face.
"Ally, I love you more than you could imagine. I'm not the kind of guy to really date a girl and stay with her. Before you, I would go around my old school with my friends and we'd wiggle our way into the pants of girls. Honestly, I was a jerk," he lectures. He shoves his hands into his pockets and looks at the ground before continuing. "Then I changed schools, but my behavior didn't stop. Then, I saw you."
He looks up into my eyes and his lips slowly curve into a smile. "I saw how beautiful you looked sitting in the chair outside the principal's office. When I saw you something happened to me that has never happened before. I got this feeling of nervousness. I was going to talk to you, but I wouldn't know what to say. So, I talked to the principal instead."
He rubs the back of his neck and lets out a nervous laugh. "I guess you just changed me," he says. He looks deep into my eyes which are filled with unshed tears. He continues, "From that point on... I knew I had to be with you."
I smile and blink away the tears in my eyes. He moves my hair out of my face and wraps it around my ear. "I want to show you something," he says softly.
"What is it? You're kinda scaring me, Drew," I giggle.
All he does is smile as he opens the door to his room, and once I walk in I squeal with excitement. I turn around and attack him with a big hug. He holds me tight and he whispers in my ear. "Do you like it?"
I look up at him and into his big green eyes. "I love it, Drew," I respond and I kiss him for what seems like twenty seconds.
"I'm glad you love it," he says quietly with a smile. I turn around and lean back into him. I look around the room.
Half of his room is transformed to look like the room at my old house. He somehow got the exact same color on the wall, covers for my bed, carpet next to my bed, and he even put my bed next to the window so the annoying sun can fall down on my face. I can't help but smile.
"There's one more thing I want to show you," he says, taking my hand and guiding me to his closet. "I got all of your clothes and put them in here."
He opens the door and the automatic light brightens the room. I look at his closet filled with clothes that are all mine. My shirts are neatly hung up on the left of the closet and my pants on the right. Everything else is neatly folded and placed on the shelves located at the back wall of the closet.
My smile drops once I realize what he's done. I turn around to him, my hands gripping onto each other in front of my chest. "What about your clothes?" I ask.
