Ok, so maybe they hadn't lost her, I think as I watch Lia aim some new muggle sweets called Skittles into Sirius's mouth. James and Peter cheer when she gets it in his mouth, Lia is laughing lightly almost like she doesn't want to laugh, and Sirius pumps both his arms in the air silently declaring victory. I roll my eyes over my book at the four,

"SH!" Madam Prince hisses from behind a bookshelf before disappearing again, the boys all cover their mouths trying their best to smother their laughter while Lia manages to stop instantly but is still looking at the boys amused. She turns to me like she can sense I am watching them, Lia smiles at me softly before mouthing 'idiots'. I silently laugh at her comment knowing she means it in the best way possible, a lazy smile appears on her face as she lets her head dangle down the back of the chair. Lia sends me a quick wink and starts packing up her stuff,

"I'll see you boys later," Lia whispers to us all so Prince doesn't kick her out of the library,

"Whaatttt," Sirius immediately starts whining,

"Whyyyyy," James continues and I shake my head thinking they are acting like children,

"Nooooo stayyy," Peter adds as they all look at her with puppy eyes and I can't say I blame them I feel like doing the same, Woah no Remus, she has other friends, I think scolding myself knowing she has hardly seen any of her other friends since the whole prank with Sirius because she has been with me. I feel a sinking feeling in my stomach. Guilt. Why had I never thought about that? I watch Lia ruffle Sirius's hair when she walks past him leaving our table and sight.

"NoT tHE hAIr!" Sirius whines as she disappears around the corner of a bookshelf taking her laughter with her. I frown staring at the spot she just was, already missing her presence, it's been three weeks of her constant presence, Why does it feel weird to be away from her?

"Moooonnnyyy!"

"Mooonnnyyy!"

"Remus!"

"Remus John Lupin!" I snap out of my trance and turn to look at James, Sirius, and Peter who are looking at me with matching smirks,

"What?" I grumble already burying my nose back in my book,

"We've been calling your name for 5 minutes and you didn't hear us," Peter tells me in a smug voice and I look up and give him a confused look, Shit, really?

"Still sure you don't like her?" James adds in a sing-song voice and I realise why they are all looking at me all smug. My confused look changes to a plain one as I roll my eyes at their antics,

"I'm sure I don't like her Prongs," I tell him and glance once more at the spot before turning my eyes back to my book,

"Sure Moony, sure," Sirius adds sarcastically, I glance up once more to see him running his fingers through his hair gingerly like he's nursing it back to health after Lia messed it up. I scoff and roll my eyes at him looking back down at my book, not reading a word as my mind is elsewhere, on my best friend who I can't like. No matter what. I remind myself that, She deserves someone better, not a bloody monster.

I walk through the library leaving the marauders behind at their table with the last cry of Sirius

"NoT tHE hAIr!" I burst out laughing and roll my eyes amused, god sometimes he and future Sirius are so alike it's scary. Easily weaving through the many bookshelves slowly making my way to the far back corner grabbing books I think I will need for the group of fourth years I'm helping to keep up my end of a deal. I can't say I mind it's made my life easier being able to save the three Slytherins and Ravenclaw. I can hear the three Slytherin's voices talking in quiet harsh whispers, even as I come closer I can't hear what they are saying. I frown noticing Regulus looks distressed, I come up behind the three boys and hold my finger to my lips to Pandora so she doesn't call me out. she giggles and covers her mouth and I freeze, Oh god Luna you laugh like her too. I think sadly before covering Regulus's eyes softly,
