Daniella tries again

"With the return to school, things went back to the way they were before, apart from the fact that now Daniella wasn't holding back so much on the advances she made to me when we were alone, Croix would visit me from time to time to go and play and everything, but well it was only a single one without Meridies present that things could change and I wasn't too focused on remembering the next word either, that day things got very heated in a way that I didn't imagine they could."

Ahhhh, another day at school is over, now we'll have the weekend free to enjoy as we please, I can't wait to have some fun playing games, us walking in threes as usual, waving to the students, walking calmly, I can't wait to get the key to the blue team's room, it's going to be genuinely fun spending time there.
We reach the corridor to the rooms and there Croix as usual is leaning against the wall, I think she must have got the key to the blue team's room, I don't doubt it at all, this is going to be very interesting, she comes up to us and doesn't seem to have as excited an expression as I do.

"What happened, Croix?" Daniella asks.

"The blue team room isn't on today girls, I've got an important commitment, making the Shiny Chariot game is taking up a lot of time, this whole weekend is going to be like that, sorry girls, I have to work" Oh so that's it, I even forgot about the important things in my career.

"Oh what a bummer, I thought we'd be able to enjoy it, but that's okay" said Becca.

"It's all right Croix, the game is very important, I know you have a lot of work ahead of you, it's good that you've done a lot to optimise what's needed" I say to her.

"We're making the game very polished, the last things to be programmed are already being done, I think that within a month the game will be able to come out, people will really like this release, we've kind of given up on making the versions for other consoles and focus exclusively on making the one for MagicStation 2 as a culmination of the end of generation, putting in some things from the other versions, but anyway I'm going now, it was just to warn you, I'll see you on Monday or Sunday night who knows" Meridies said waving to us and saying goodbye.

Well that was a bucket of cold water, in the first few weeks we have this news, well we won't be able to go to the blue team's room all the time, at least we'll still be able to have fun in our good old team room.
I look at the girls, I notice a look of frustration on Leyland's part, but a very different one on Daniella's, it even looks like her eyes are shining, it's strange, but come on, I think the way is to our room to do something else. We went in and sat down on the poufs.

"Well then, it's going to be a day without Croix, just on the weekend when it would be most fun for her to be here, we won't have her around" I say to them.

"We don't have to depend on Croix to have fun either, how many times have you had fun with us too Chariot? Apart from the times you were apart for some reason, this is one of those, let's just enjoy it as if she wasn't here" Parker said, pulling the poufs closer together.

"What do you mean, Daniella?" I say, turning my face away and getting embarrassed, feeling her hand touch my chin.

"Ah Chariot, we're just going to enjoy ourselves in a way that Croix hasn't given you for a long time" she said with a mischievous edge.

"Well, I think I'll go out for a while and buy some things for you" said Leyland, going to the door and then leaving as quickly as possible.

"Rebecca Leyland, don't do this!" I try to shout, but at this point she's just gone.

What now, Chariot Du Nord? What do I do? I remember Daniella's words well and she told me that she wasn't going to be afraid to come at me with everything, the very first week of school I'm going to get a surprise like this... I was gasping for breath and then Parker threw herself backwards, just as I was about to kiss that mouth, I could see her laughing a little.
