2008 new year new horizons

"2007 has come to an end, a year in which so much happened and changed my life. It was a year full of traumas, but in the end I was able to overcome some of them and recover for 2008, which would start a new cycle in my life, after all I was in my last 6 months before graduating and I was very excited because I would be on stage again, It was at this time that I also agreed to have Alan write a biography of me and with that we even managed to get the old tour bus back, which saved money so I could rent venues to perform in, I was very excited for this new start in life."

I wake up for another day, we arrived in Luna Nova last night thanks to Mum, there are still a few days off until school starts again on Monday, and I look at my girlfriend next to me, we've really enjoyed the time off so we can be together, we got out of bed, got dressed, and then we were about to start preparing breakfast if there hadn't been a knock on the door followed by an unlocked one, and it was Rebecca who came in, and as she opened the door we smiled at her and she came running over to give her a hug.

"You're already here, you're early, I thought you'd only arrive on Friday, but that's not so bad, we'll be able to spend a few days together here and I have a few things to tell you" said Leyland.

"So did we, it was a wonderful holiday, I loved spending time at Chariot's house, her room is wonderful, and her family treated me very well, as if I were part of the house" said Daniella with a smile.

"She enjoyed her time there, we caused quite a stir leaving the Parker family mansion and then we spent Christmas and New Year's Eve enjoying the weather, it was really good fun, I never thought it would be this good" I tell them.

"My parents said that as soon as I graduate we're going to leave Auckland and go live with our relatives in Seattle, it's going to be so much better? I'm going to be able to have a whole new life, it's like a dream, apart from the fact that I was able to have fun at Christmas, even though it was really hot, it was a really good day, I only arrived today after a few hours flying and getting stuck in airports sleeping" Becca said.

"Well, I guess we left on the same day, so Luna Nova always ends up rushing us, but do you think things will change in 2008?" I nod my head.

"I hope that above all I can change because after what I went through in 2007, I just don't want to go through this rollercoaster of emotions, of people I've lost, of things that have happened in my career, now that I'm finally somewhat free, but anyway, I hope I can get to the summer and start presenting again" I say excitedly.

"We can try to do a test performance before this one, what do you think of the idea Chariot?" Asks my girlfriend.

"That's good, but when? And how? The tour bus is in Dublin and it's still winter" I think.

"We do shows here in town, a few test ones, without promoting much, I'll talk to your mum and we'll see what the conditions are, apart from the fact that you're the one who has the money for it" She's right.

"We can try, I just have to get fit again" I say to my girlfriend.

"Apart from that, how was your holiday?" Becca asks.

We nod our heads in agreement, so many things have happened in just a few days that I keep thinking back, they were such wonderful days, after the bombshell that was leaving the Parker family, the days that followed were very good, even if some of them involved my career and work, I'm still happy.

Becca had a very interesting holiday, it's still quite strange and bizarre how that place just gets hot at Christmas, very bizarre, but different and peculiar, at the same time she enjoyed hearing how the days went, she was really surprised, ahhhhh, I guess now we just have to wait and see what things will be like from now on, since everything has changed so much.
