"Where's your car, Alfie?!" Fatboy yells out, panic rushing through his veins. "Oh my god, what about Connie ? Who's gonna look after Connie ?" He had so many questions, some of which can be answered some of which can't.

"I'm going to look after Connie !" Kat blurts out immediately after his question, already heading for the pram that Connie  was in just seconds earlier. "I'll look after Connie , go find Gabby" she continues, her tone indicating that she'd take no argument on the matter.

the two boys nod, Alfie runs over to his car and opens it, Fatboy practically jumping inside - still white as a sheet. Fatboy quickly jumps into the car, his hands already gripping the steering wheel and his feet ready to press his foot down on the accelerator. He sighs as he realises that he needs to remain calm and not drive off the road, he's not exactly in the best frame of mind right now but he can't afford to put them in danger by not focusing on the road.

Fatboy pounds his foot on the accelerator, driving towards where he saw the van head for. He places a hand on his head as he drives frantically, not even wearing his seat belt. In the passenger seat, Alfie yells at Fatboy to keep a level head, trying to get him to drive a lot slower than he is. "Fatboy, slow down for bloody sake" he yells out, desperately trying to get him to relax but Fatboy just continues to drive as fast as the car will allow him to go.

He keeps driving for what seems like an eternity, following the directions that his eyes have seen when he and his friends spotted Gabby being kidnapped. Eventually, he reaches a dark alleyway that was off the main road, exactly where he saw the van headed, he slows the car down to a stop before jumping out along with Alfie.

"Gabby?!" Fatboy yelled out as he stumbled arouns the alleyway, hoping to find his Daughters mother. "Gabby?!"

Fatboy yells out her name several times but gets no response. Alfie takes his flashlight out from his pocket and lights up the alleyway, pointing it at the ground as he searches for any signs of her.

Eventually, Alfie spots something at the end of the alleyway, the light from his flashlight reflecting off a small pool of moisture. "Fatboy!" he calls out as he hurries over to the end of the alleyway.

"What is it?" Fatboy shouts out from a distance, still trying to call out Gabby's name. He takes large strides as he approaches the area that his friend is heading towards, only then does he see what he was actually calling him over for.

Gabby lay there, her clothes now dyed a crimson red. Fatboy gasped as she stared down her, her face bruised and swelled up as she looked up at the two. "What's happened?" she chokes, struggling to get up.

Fatboy rushes over to her side right away, instantly dropping to his knees next to her as he tries to figure out how badly injured she might be. She seems to be conscious enough to realise where she is, but fatboy can't seem to stop gasping in shock as he stares at her bloodied face and clothes.

"Are you okay? Have they done anything to you?" he asks her, his tone of voice clearly showing just how terrified he is for her well being.

"I'm fine" she says softly, Fatboy helping her up. "I wanna see Connie , where's my baby?" she questions, stumbling around.

"We've got her, don't worry" Fatboy says softly, now supporting her by wrapping her arm around his shoulder. "She's fine, I made sure that she was kept safe" he continues, knowing that hearing Connie  was alright would be of some relief to her. "But what about you?" he asks, still looking around the alleyway as if expecting to see the kidnappers return at any moment.

"Get me home, please" she stammers, coughing slightly as she attempts to walk over to the car.

"Of course, we'll get you home" Fatboy replies gently as she slowly makes her way over to the car, still supporting her with an arm around her shoulder. She was clearly still in a lot of pain, from either the emotional or physical ordeal she had just experienced, possibly both. "Are you sure you're okay though? Do you need to see a doctor or something?" he asks her, genuinely concerned for her health.

"I just need too..." she chokes, holding her head. "I need to go home" she stammers slightly as her eyes roll to the back of her head.

Fatboy's eyes widen in shock as she continues to stumble over to the car, her condition seeming to worsen with every step she takes. He catches her just before her eyes roll to the back of her head, catching her against his chest to prevent her from falling. The next thing Gabby knew, she was lying in a hospital bed - her heart beating out of her chest as she looked around the room in fear.

Fatboy sits beside her bed, holding her hand tightly as he watches the doctors and nurses go about their work. He constantly glances over at her, just to check on her wellbeing as well watching the staff carry out their duties. It's clear just how much he is concerned for her after the traumatic ordeal she has just experienced.

"Oh hey Fats...what's going on?" She rubs her eyes as she leans up in her bed. "Where am I?" she stammers, looking at him softly.

"You're in the hospital, darling" he says softly, still holding her hand tightly. The relief on his face is clear to see, not only was she waking up but she is also clearly coherent enough to understand what is going on and where she is.

"What about Connie , is she okay?" Gabby gets up and starts getting changed, noticing the bruises on her ribs - her eyes widening, she looks up at Fatboy who stares at her in shock.

Seeing her bruises has taken Fatboy by surprise, his expression changing from relief to one of worry as he takes in the bruises and cuts on her body. "Connie 's fine, but the real question is what about you? You look like you've been through hell" he continues, not taking his eyes of her as he looks her over.

"you weren't supposed to see those" Gabby chokes as tears stream down her face, grabbing her change of clothes that Alfie had prepared.

"What do you mean I wasn't supposed to see them?" Fatboy questions, his worry growing as he sees tears start running down from her face. "Did...D-did he hurt you?" he asks, trying to find the words to say what he actually means.

Gabby stares at him blankly, her lips quivering as she nods slowly. "he threatened Connie , I had to leave...he found me, he found me and now I don't know what to do.."

Fatboy's eyes widen at the knowledge that the man who took her had also threatened Connie , he felt as if a weight had just been dropped over his throat, knowing that they now potentially had two people who were in danger. His grip on her hand begins tightens, his voice trembling slightly as he spoke.

"D-did he do anything else to you?" he asks, his heart racing inside his chest as each terrible detail slowly filled his head.

Gabby shakes her head, looking down at his hands. "He did hit me a few times, but that was it..." she sighs, planting herself on the bed. "But this...?"

Fatboy's eyes glance down at her body, taking in the dark patches of bruises that were clearly caused by this man. Despite her words he could see that there was a lot more going on and that she was downplaying what had actually happened to her. His grip around her hands tighten further, a fire beginning to fill his voice.

"So what? you just took the punches and that was it?" he says, his tone clearly expressing his anger at what had happened to her.

"I had no place to live, and he looked after Connie ...I was 17, I was naive..." she stammers, sighing deeply as she attempts to keep her tears in. "He told me loved me..."

"He hit you multiple times and then told you he loved you? That's a load of bullshit!" Fatboy growls out, his anger growing for every detail that she was revealing. He was furious that she had been tricked into a completely false relationship, he even felt guilty that he hadn't been there for her when she needed it.

"Fats, I just wanna go home...okay?" she stammers, taking a deep breath as she finishes getting changed. "Please, take me home..."

"But-..." fatboy begins to say, but cuts himself off as he stares at her. He could tell how much pain she was clearly in, not only physically but mentally as well.

"O-okay" he eventually replies, not having the heart to protest or make her stay any longer than she would like to.
