Gabby sighed as she placed Connie in her highchair, noticing that Fatboy was stood behind her with his Matty in his arms. Gabby turned around and stared at him blankly, unsure what to say to him.

Fatboy stood there, holding Matty in his arms, his expression filled with a mixture of worry and confusion. He could see the turmoil in Gabby's eyes, and it made his heart ache for her. He gently bounced Matty in his arms, trying to soothe the baby, but his gaze never left Gabby's face.

"Can we talk?" he asked softly, his voice laced with concern.

Gabby didn't answer, instead she grabbed a plate with sections and walked over to the fridge. She took out some fruit and began to cut it as she carried on looking down, her gaze not leaving the knife. "I'm not visiting my dad." she suddenly spoke, placing the fruit on one section of the plate.

Fatboy's brow furrowed with concern at Gabby's distant behavior. He walked closer to her, shifting Matty to his other arm as he placed a gentle hand on her shoulder. "Gabs, listen to me," he said softly, his voice filled with gentle firmness. "You don't have to visit anyone you don't want to. Nobody can force you to do that. But...can you at least talk to me? Please."

Gabby stared up at him, not having the words to explain how she currently felt. She grabbed some bread and placed it in the toaster before going back to the fridge and grabbing some milk and placing it inside of a bottle.

Fatboy sighed softly, sensing the depth of her emotions and understanding her silence. He gently bounced Matty in his arms, trying to soothe the baby while giving Gabby the space she needed to collect her thoughts.

As the toaster popped, signalling that the bread was ready, Fatboy broke the silence once again. "I'm here for you, Gabs," he said softly. "You don't have to talk if you don't want to. But just know that I'm here, and I...I love you."

"I know you do, Fats." Gabby smiled softly, grabbing some butter and spreading it on the toast and cutting the crust off of it. "I don't want to think about my dad right now." she admitted, placing the toast on the plate and putting it down in front of Connie followed by the bottle of milk.

Fatboy nodded, a warm and understanding smile gracing his face. "I won't force you to talk about him," he reassured her, still gently bouncing Matty in his arms.

Gabby nodded slowly. "I'm gonna get their clothes, can you do Matty's bottle?" Gabby asks, moving her hair to the side of her shoulder.

Fatboy nodded, shifting Matty slightly in his arms to a more comfortable position. "Sure, I'll take care of Matty's bottle," he replied. "Take your time with their clothes. We'll be here when you come back." He gave Gabby a reassuring smile.

Gabby came back, placing the clothes on the table before picking up Connie and placing her down on the floor. She began to get her changed, placing her in a pink play suit. Fatboy watched as Gabby gently got Connie changed into her pink play suit. His heart swelled with affection for the little bundle of energy, and he couldn't help but smile at the sight. He continued to feed Matty his bottle, making silly faces to entertain the little one while Gabby took care of their daughter.

Connie giggled slightly as Gabby grabbed her and placed her on a chair. "Stay still!" she smirked, brushing Connie's curly hair softly, trying to maintain the curls she had.

Fatboy chuckled softly as he watched the sweet exchange between Gabby and Connie. The little girl's giggles filled the room with warmth, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment. "She's so adorable" he remarked, his voice filled with admiration. "Still doesn't feel real that i have a kid.."
