Gabby groaned loudly as he tried to tape up boxes, as well as trying to keep Matty under control. Fatboy walked in, a smile on his face. "I cannot be bothered with all this, why do our kids have so much toys?!" she falls backwards, groaning in annoyance angrily.
"You bought them, remember?" he chuckled, placing some things inside of boxes before taping it all up. "anyways, you're the one who spoils them rotten."
"Yeah, because they deserve it, don't they?" she gets up and shows Fatboy a grin. She turns her attention back to the boxes and puts more things inside, taping it up loudly. "Are you sure we're doing the right thing?" she stammers, looking around the room which was now quiet as ever.
"I'm sure we are...I mean, our kids aren't gonna be raised happily here, are they?" he sighs, looking over at Matty with a soft smile. Fatboy scoots over to Gabby and takes a deep breath. "I want our kids grow up in a better environment than how we were raised."
"I mean, we both had shitty childhoods, didn't we?" she chuckles, nudging his shoulder. "Yeah, I suppose it'll be good for Connie and Matty to have a stable environment."
"See?" he grins, packing some more things into boxes. "And if we have more kids, they'll be brought up perfectly." he added on, pointing at her stomach.
"Ready?" Keith asks as he begins to grab boxes and bundle him into the back of the van, Fatboy following with another few boxes.
Whitney and a few other young adults of the square walk over to the two, showing them a look of confusion. "So, you guys are actually leaving?" Whitney stammers, placing her hands in her pockets. "All the way to Ongar?" she tilts her head and furrows her brows.
"It's 25 minutes down the road." Gabby chuckles as she holds Matty in his hands. "You guys can come and visit whenever you want!"
"Yeah...but Walford ain't gonna be the same with you two love birds!" Poppy joked, gazing at the two with a somber expression. "25 minutes is way too long."
"Look, once Connie and Matty are settled, I'll make sure we visit once in a while!" she suggests, hugging Poppy tightly, followed by Whitney and Alice. "I'm gonna miss you three so much!" she stammers, trying not to cry. "It doesn't feel real, having my own house at 20, and 3 kids..."
Fatboy walks over to the group, fist bumping Tamwar and then Peter Beale. "Tam the man!" he jokes, a warm smile on his face. "I'll make sure to call you everyday." he adds on, a grin on his face. "And you Pete, you're a good egg."
"Yeah." Tamwar nods slowly, folding his arms. "I'm proud of you, you know?" Tamwar admits, his voice full of envy. "Married at 20, 2 kids, and a house? I envy you, Fats."
"Thank you." Fatboy chuckles, wiping his eye dramatically. "Hopefully this DJ'ing gig will give me lots of money, and I'll be able to spoil my wife, and my babies!" he walks over to Gabby and kisses her softly. "Did Gabby tell you?" Fatboy suddenly says, his eyes lighting up with glee.
"What?" Alice asks, glancing at Gabby and then Fatboy.
"She's having another baby!" Fatboy reveals, pointing at her stomach. "it's early days yet, but we're having another kid!" he grins, kissing her cheek.
"Oh my god!" Whitney gasps, pulling the blonde into a huge hug. "Ah, congratulations!" she giggles, showing her biggest support to the parents. "You've got to send me photos!"
"I will...I will!" Gabby says, a big grin on her face. "I'm hoping it's a girl." She says with her fingers crossed.
The two let out a giggle before a sudden yell of 'mummy, daddy!' Is heard from behind them. Out comes Connie, a big grin on her face as she runs over to the two. "Hello, baby girl!" Fatboy laughs, picking her up and hugging her tightly. "Say bye bye to everyone!" he says, waving at the group.
"Bye bye!" Connie babbles, waving at the group before Fatboy bundles both her and Matty into the car, then going into the drivers seat himself.
Gabby suddenly begins to tear up, realising that this may be the last time they ever set foot into Walford. "Aww, I'm actually gonna miss this place so so much." she chokes, wiping her eyes slightly. "And I'm gonna miss everyone here."
"We'll miss you, too." Whitney chuckles softly, her voice stammering a little. "I'll make sure to look after Court, okay?" Whitney nods, hugging the girl tightly. "Good luck, yeah?"
Gabby nodded before getting into the car, rolling the window down as Fatboy begins to drive away. Gabby suddenly pops her head out the window, waving at the group and grinning. "Goodbye Walford!" she yells out, giggling before Fatboy beeps his horn loudly.
"We're going on an adventure!" Connie giggles from the backseat, watching as Gabby poked her head back inside of the car.
"Yeah, we are!" Gabby nods, grabbing Connie's hand. "Are you excited to have a big garden, so you and your brother, and your new baby sibling can run about?" she asks, a grin on her face.
"Yeah!" Connie nods quickly as she looks up from her drawing. "Do you like my drawing?" Connie asked as she turned her colouring book around.
"Of course I do!" Connie chuckles, kissing the girls forehead. "We can stick it on the new fridge!" she suggests, gazing over at Fatboy once she'd finished talking.
"Ongar here we come, baby!" Fatboy laughs loudly, slapping his hands on the wheels before quickly speeding.
