It was Sunday morning. To be precise, 12 o'clock. I apparently had nothing to do but eat ,sleep, maybe read books, or watch web series. Basically ,my Sundays are spent being totally unproductive. I deserve it too after the hectic week at work.
While looking through my kitchen cabinets, I noticed that I was in need of a grocery run. But I was in no mood to go out. That is when a playful idea struck me. I took my phone and messaged Veer , a list of groceries .

I decided to watch a web series till the time he came with the groceries. After roughly about 35 minutes, my doorbell rang. He is here!
"You are five minutes lat– Mom Dad????? ", I was surprised to see my parents at the door as I opened it.
"Surprise !!!! ", they both screamed in unison.
"Oh my goddd ", I yelled and hugged both of them tightly. Its been freaking 6 months since I met them.
"Why didn't you inform me that y'all were coming ??? ", I beamed.
"We wanted to surprise you and see that big smile on your face when you see us unexpectedly!! ", my dad said, smiling at me.
"I am sooo happy right now... Please Come in !!! ", I took their luggage inside after my parents had entered the house.
"This house is beautiful Prisha. It looks way more pretty in person than the video calls ", my mom appreciated as both of them settled on the sofa.
"Yess Ma ... It was semi furnished already.... I just gave some touch up ", I said bringing 2 glasses of water.
"How did you manage to get holidays dad ? ", I asked as he drank the water.
