Nationals was what the team had been focusing on this year.

Nationals.

Well, apparently, not anymore.

Orla and James had moved into their apartment around a month ago, and both of them were loving it. There was so much space and Orla really enjoyed living with her boyfriend. It gave them more time together.

But, as James woke her this morning by literally shaking her, she wasn't sure what to think.

"What the hell, James?!" Orla shouted sleepily.

"Sorry, Orl, but you have to hear this!" James shouted. "A-Troupe aren't going to Regionals! They're competing on Dancemania?"

What the f-

Orla was certainly awake now.

"The reality dance show on TV?" She asked, frowning.

"Yeah!" James said. "And because that means they'll be professional dancers, it means they're out of Absolute Dance competitions forever!"

Orla's eyes were wide. "Are you serious? And the whole team's doing this? They've agreed on it?"

"Well, yeah, they all decided on it," said James. "Just heard from Pipes this morning, got a whole like, ten minute voice message on it."

Orla smiled warmly. She missed having a sibling to fill her in on the studio happenings.

"Oh, and Pipes also mentioned that she wanted to talk to you, like, in person," said James. "Just you. It's probably something weird or girly, but I told her that we could come round to the house one day next week, and you and her can talk then."

Orla nodded. Piper wanting to talk to her, just her, and not James, was strange. Normally it would be her and James.

Oh, well. She would find out next week.

James' house was always a fun place to be, but when Piper took Orla's arm and dragged her up to her room, Orla knew something big was going on.

She looked crazed; panicked, and Orla couldn't help but think that something big was going on here.

"I'm sorry," Piper said, sitting down on her bed and hugging her knees to her chest. "I-I'm so sorry, Orls, I- I just- James can't know- mum would kill me- dad- he can't even- wouldn't know what I mean-"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, Pipes, calm down," Orla rushed over to the girl who was breathing heavily, and rubbed her back, hugging her tight.

It took a few minutes for Piper's breaths to slow.

"You're going to hate me," she muttered, avoiding eye contact with Orla and getting teary.

Orla then sat down next to her, holding her hands and saying. "Pipes, listen. No matter what you tell me, I could never hate you. I love you, so much, and I promise that I won't tell anyone."

Piper's lips twitched, but she still didn't look happy.

"Okay," Piper took a deep breath. "I- I ch-"

"Take it slow," murmured Orla, running her back gently. "Tell me the story from the start."

Piper nodded. "You... you know Finn, right?"
