In the shadows of my mind, a storm takes shape,
Headaches like thunder, a relentless ache.
A pounding rhythm, a steady beat,
A physical echo of emotions so fleet.Borderline whispers, a tumultuous sea,
Emotions raging, longing to be free.
In the depths of my being, a silent cry,
Manifesting as headaches that won't pass by.Tension and stress, a heavy load,
Aches and pains on a winding road.
The weight of emotions, a heavy toll,
In the form of headaches that take their hold.Like a drumbeat echoing through the night,
Headaches linger, a persistent plight.
A physical manifestation of inner strife,
A reminder of the tumultuous life.Yet in the midst of the throbbing pain,
A glimmer of hope, a gentle refrain.
Seeking solace in moments of calm,
Navigating the storm, like a healing balm.Through self-care and mindfulness, finding peace,
Easing the headaches, allowing release.
Connecting mind and body, finding balance,
In the dance of healing, a gentle trance. So in the midst of headaches and pain,
I find resilience, the will to sustain.
In the journey of healing, a path to explore,
Embracing the challenges, seeking more.
