In the whispers of society, stigma thrives,
A shadow that darkens so many lives,
Mental health, a topic shrouded in shame,
Silenced voices, bearing an invisible flame.Words like daggers, cutting deep,
Labeling those who silently weep,
Judgment cast, misconceptions abound,
Invisible chains that tightly wound.Fear and ignorance fuel the fire,
Of stigma's cruel and relentless desire,
To isolate and marginalize those in need,
Leaving wounds that are slow to heed. But in the darkness, a light does gleam,
A beacon of hope in a world so extreme,
Courageous souls stand up and speak,
Breaking the silence, empowering the meek.Through empathy and understanding's embrace,
We can erase stigma, leaving no trace,
Building a world where hearts can heal,
Where authenticity and vulnerability reveal.Let us dismantle the walls of shame,
Embrace each other, without blame,
For in unity and compassion's embrace,
We find the path to mental health's grace.
