In the quiet of my soul, a storm awakes,
Raging anger, without cause, it breaks.
Fierce flames within, burning bright and wild,
Inexplicable fury, like a tempest, compiled. No logic, no reason, just raw emotion's tide,
Swelling within, impossible to hide.
A thunderous roar, a turbulent sea,
Unleashing wrath, consuming me.Breathe deep, seek calm in the midst of the storm,
Let go of the anger, let it transform.
For in the stillness after the rage,
Lies the chance to heal, to turn the page.
