SUNLIGHT ILLUMINATES MY PALE SKIN CAUSING IT TO SPARKLE. I watch as the sun rises through the Italian island and lifts from the water. I let myself bathe in the sunlight, even though it will do nothing for me now as an immortal.
I feel Jasper walk behind me and wrap his arms around my waist. He presses a soft kiss to the nape of my neck and I let out a long hum. I place my hands on top of his. "I can't believe this is our last day here, I want to stay here forever." The sun rises high into the sky and our skin sparkles like diamonds.
It's been a month since Jasper and I got married and we've spent that month on a private island near Italy. Jasper bought it for me, as a wedding gift. L'Isola Rossa. Is what he named it. It's quite fitting actually, The Isle of Red.
"We can come back anytime you like." He says to me and places a kiss to my temple. Sparks travel through me. Mini electric shocks spark through my body. The waves crash gently against my feet and sand brushes through my toes. My floral sundress blows beside me and I interlock my fingers with Jasper's. I grab my shoes from the sand and loop my fingers through the straps.
"Let's make this last day count."

Bella's heals scrape against the floor and it causes me to shudder, like nails on a chalkboard. I pull a face and Bella looks at me. I puff air in my top lip, my face looking like a chipmunk. I blow out the air before speaking. "You just have to break them in." I make a face. "I've been breaking them in, for three days." She points out.
"You could go barefoot." I joke and Alice gasps as she walks over to me. "Absolutely not!" She says and stands beside me. "Maybe, a small heal?" I suggest and Bella sighs. "I just think it's a little much, you know? The dress and the shoes and all of this." I watch as Jasper easily carries a log bench in one arm.
"No, it's exactly enough." Alice says to her with a smile. "Tomorrow will be perfect." I hand her back her trainers. "Where do you want them boss?" Emmett asks us. "On either side of the aisle." Alice and I respond in unison. "What aisle?" Rosalie asks as she walks past. "Does no one have vision?!" Alice rushes down the steps to organise the decor.
Bella steps from her heels and slips back into her flat shoes. "Bels, go home and get lots of beauty sleep, that's an order." Bella nods and I smile at her before giving her hand a squeeze. "I'll make sure everything is perfect." She smiles and kisses my cheek before hugging me and walking away.
I hold her shoes in my hands and move to place them back inside the box. I move back into the yard and help set up the aisle. I move the large logs beside it with ease and use my gift to make the wisteria trees shift to allow very little sunlight to come through, making it safe for us as there will be humans at this wedding.
