Today's my sangeet and I'm getting ready in my room.

Yesterday after the party we all went to our respective home. In the meantime I didn't get a single glimpse of Mr. Helper. The whole night I couldn't sleep thinking about how my life is playing in 2× speed.

I mean after 3 days I'll be married. Yesterday was my engagement. Great right?

"Nandu are you ready?" Asha aunty came inside with a box filled with sweets.

"Almost nanni you sit here I'll be all set in 5mins" I pointed her to sit beside me.
I went to the closet to fix my hair a bit.

I'm so lazy even I don't wanna get ready for my sangeet too God kill me already.

"I'm done nanni let's go" We both stood up while nanni fixed my dupatta and we both made our way to the hall.

The lights were deemed and the spotlight is falling on me. The whole hall became silent, every pair of eyes were on me. I'm getting an anxiety attack rn. Shit.

The clicking of my heels gave me confidence I came down stairs and went up to the stage. With a slight smile I greeted everyone and the lights went on, just then my eyes met with those honey-brown orbs.

The blue tuxedo is hugging his body like a second skin. The smile he holds for me is something different. Why does he feels so close? M I thinking too much or it's just my mind doing these things? The way he looks at me no one ever did. The way he talks to me give me goosebumps. The way he walks screams power and authority. But this is a facade my mind wants me to feel like this but i won't.

I came out of my stalking sessions when saisha dragged me down the stage and made me sit beside parth.

He looked at me and slightly smiled. But this smile isn't real Uh-hu it's screaming nervousness. Ok I get it he's nervous because he's getting married.

"Ladies and gentlemen please take your seats cuz now we're going to start the performances" Saisha announced and Everyone cheered.

"Good evening everyone please give a huge round of applause for our first performance" Everyone clapped. I'm way too curious to know who is it.

The lights went off and the limelight fell on the stage. I just realized the couple who came here to dance and my mouth was hung open.

It's dadu and dadi (aka Mr. And Mrs. Senior oberoi) oh God they're looking so cute together. Perfect couple goals.

After their performance we all screamed and cheered for them.

The next performance was of anika aunty and shivay uncle's. Their aura is screaming power couples. Their eyes hold so much love for each other.

I looked at Mr. Helper and saw him adoring his mom and dad with love filled eyes. I smiled internally thinking how much he loves his parents.

"Wait what M I dreaming, God? Mr. SSO is dancing?" Rudy came on the stage after their dance performance. And started cracking jokes on shivay uncle, I can definitely see his pissed off expressions lol.

Shivay uncle slightly hit rudy and got down from the stage following Anika aunty who's already a blushing mess rn. Aww.

"Ok ladies and gentlemen the first lovesick couple have performed their dance so let's welcome the 2nd lovesick couple of our family Mr. Omkara And mrs. Gauri omkara singh oberoi aka my mom and dad, wuhuuuuu" We all clapped for them.

I'm literally drooling over them. They're so hot. The way every family member was cheering for them is just a sight to watch.

They're the hottest couple indeed. Now it's time for my not-so good sasumom and ny cutie saisha's dance.

They're literally rocked the stage. Unlike my to be sasumom's mouth her dance is pretty good. But again she's back to her original form. Is this very tough to act like a good woman?

Anyway now it's time for the boys gang to perform a dance performance well I'm excited as hell rn.

Cuz rudy, vishu and vivaan bhai is going to rock the stage now.
And from my peripheral vision I can see saisha is nervous. Kuch toh gadbad hai boss.

These boys God!!!! I'm so proud of my bros! Every girl in the hall is drooling over the boys.

Ok now my favourite raj bhai's turn now hehe! He's not a kind of guy to dance and all but my one glare and it's over for him hehe.

If I say every girl is gawking at my brother then it will be an understatement. They're literally acting cringe to get my brother's attention oh god tell them my brother is gay (according to vishal ok I'm not saying)

Bhai ran down from the stage and told us he got a call. Worst excuse hah!

After that their cousins, aashi and some of my friends also performed their heart out.

Vivaan bhai tried alot to convince siddharth, rudransh and Mr. Helper but as grumpy grandpa they're they simply denied huh. But after everyone's request Mr. Helper said he'll sing a song. I'm excited God hehe.

That's so impressive. I didn't imagined him to sing like this and that too my favourite song.

Atleast he did something whereas rudransh and siddharth royally ignored everyone even they gave death threats to vivaan and rudy. Poor souls.
