JJ's Secret Lover - Part 17

You see the elevator doors open and have a strange feeling about the man walking out of the doors, "JJ get into your office. Now." She runs into her office, you barricade it with a chair.

"Em, Reid, Morgan go into the briefing room. Be gun ready." You say as you slip down the stairs. You always keep a vest in your bottom draw, so you run to your desk. Slip it on and walk slowly towards the man.

"Hi, I'm Agent Y/L/N. How can the BAU help you today?" He looks up at you and looks terrified. "A man sent me in here to find you, he has my kids hostage." He swings a gun around from behind his jacket.

In the background you hear JJ screaming. But you barred the door.

"Ok, well, what a way to start the morning." You put your gun into its holster and raise your arms, "Who is this man? I can help you." He points the rifle at you and starts whimpering. "He said he wanted me to call him Mr Cameron."

"Cameron? Oh. Dave's father. How did he get your kids?" You ask quietly as to not provoke the man. "I left the car for a second, he was in the car when I got into it. He strapped a bomb to the back seat, he's in the car outside." You breathe slowly. "Ok Mr?" "Mr Olivey" he replies.

"Ok Mr Olivey, I'm going to get one of my colleagues to take a SWAT team downstairs and to get a good look on your kids, are you ok with that?" You wave to Hotch, he slowly opens his door and walks down the stairs.

"This is Agent Hotchner, can you let him past to get the SWAT team?" Mr Olivey ushers him past with the rifle and then quickly fixes it back onto you.

"Mr Olivey, I'm going to set up a telephone line with Agent Hotchner. I'm just going to press this button and then you'll hear everything he says and sees." He follows you with the gun and he begins to get angry.

You can still hear JJ trying to get the door open, you look to Derek and mouth the words. "Keep Em back, no matter what." You can see him make sure Emily doesn't leave the room.

"Mr Olivey, Agent Hotchner is almost to the car ok? Can you put the gun down for me?" He doesn't lower the gun. "Agent Y/L/N, the car isn't outside and there's a trail of blood on the road, we're following it now." Hotch says through the phone line, Mr Olivey cries louder and moves closer to you with the gun. He's almost on top of you.

"Mr Olivey, please, lower the gun." He can't.

You both stand there in silence, until JJ screams from the room. "Sir, that's my life you have a gun pointed at. Please lower it." He gets angrier, "You don't think my kids are my life!" He jolts the gun towards you again.

"J. Leave Mr Olivey and I in peace. We can talk later on." You can hear her crying and worry it might make him angrier.

Hotch says through the phone, "We're approaching Mr Olivey's car. The kids are fine, we've got ...." a BANG comes through the line and then it disconnects.

Mr Olivey was smiling and now his face is angrier than before. You reach for the telephone and he stops you.

"Sir, let me call him back. He's got them, just let me call." You call Hotch back and he picks up before the last ring sounds. "We're all ok, just a small explosion. Your kids are safe Mr Olivey, now get your gun away from my agent."

He doesn't drop the gun. "Mr Olivey, what's going on?"

"I'm not Mr Olivey, Mr Olivey is tied up in the elevator and those kids were never meant to be harmed." He says as a smile appears on his face.

"Mr Cameron? I presume." He laughs, "Got ya!"

You quickly look at JJ and yell out to her, "I love you J." You look back at Mr Cameron and as he raises his rifle to you, you run at him.

*BANG* You can't breathe, you can't catch your breathe. You're on top of Mr Cameron.

You get up, grab your gun from its holster and point it at him as he's still on the floor. "Mr...Cameron...you have the...right..to remain silent. My friend Derek here will....now take you in." You collapse to the floor.
