"It's again in Adalyn's pov" Briony said.
Adalyn pov
The world would have been so nice and peaceful if people accepted each other as they were, with no hard feelings toward each other, no feelings of hatred, jealousy, or whatever. But alas, they don't want the feeling of peacefulness and calmness. Instead, people tend to hold on to their prejudices and biases, perpetuating divisions and conflicts. It seems that some people find it easier to hold onto negative emotions rather than embrace acceptance and understanding.
"That's so deep for an eleven year old" Lily whispered.
I sighed leaning against the railing of my balcony and staring at the full moon. It was one of those another night, it was so hard, so painful, but I couldn't sit around and just keep quite, so I did a mistake of opening and mouth and letting out words that struck the prejudiced mind of my parents.
Sirius had a look of thought on his face before he sighed shaking his head, "Things still haven't changed even after years" He whispered.
"Such a brat, arguing against her parents" Wulburga scoffed to which Regulus glared at her secretly.
My birthday was two weeks ago, and now the departure to Hogwarts is close. I got my stuff my Diagon alley last week. The trip went well, it was fun and joyful just because Mother was busy that day and allowed me and goldy locks to go together. It was so fun, not the first time we went out alone, but the best one.
The moon was shining bright in the sky. The stars, oh the stars, The fault in our stars, it was such a beautiful story, I completed it within a week. The message, the moral I understood, How we are completely ignorant or unmindful of those people and their struggles. The part of their world which no one knows and even if they do they cut off themselves from them. The struggle those people go through, sometimes I think this is nothing in front of what they go through.
And the one thing I got to know is the world isn't full of colors, not every story has a happy ending, not everyone gets to live with their loved ones, not everyone gets what they want, I got to know that The world is not a wish-granting factory.
"This book is giving me the depressing vibes I don't know why" James said rubbing his temples. "It's not depressing, it's the truth that we all ignore" Sirius said looking down at his hands.
Oh how true was when John Green when she wrote Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.
Well what can I even say, My world, the world of wizards and witches, they don't even know what's going on in the muggle world, well good only, it's the same thing both the way around. Even they don't know about the horrors of our world.
Magic, the word may sound so colorful and cheerful, but oh to experience the actual world of Magic and to experience how much actually colorful and cheerful it is.
Briony stopped reading for a second, and blinked her eyes. "Are these really the thoughts of an eleven year old?" She whispered. "Maturity of mind doesn't come from age, it comes with experience, what life made you go through" Sirius said. "Mate you alright?" James asked looking at his best friend. "yeah"
