THIRD PERSON POV
"Wait, you're telling me Justin and nearly headless Nick were found petrified in a corridor where you both happened to go, and then Peeves found you and alerted everyone about the attack, and now students are scared and assume Harry's been executing all the attacks?" Adalyn said, speechless. Harry said, shrugging, "Precisely.
She rolled her eyes and remarked, "God, what should I do with these thick-headed people?" before sitting down on the couch.
"Execute them" Rabastan said grinning wickedly.
There was almost a stampede to book seats on the Hogwarts Express so that students could go home for Christmas. "At this rate, we'll be the only ones left," Ron told the four of them. "Us, Malfoy,Crabbe, and Goyle. What a jolly holiday it's going to be."
Finally, the semester came to an end, and the castle was enveloped in a quiet as thick as the snow outside. Harry appreciated having the run of Gryffindor Tower with Hermione, Adalyn, Arilene, and the Weasleys so that they could play Exploding Snap noisily without disturbing anybody and practice dueling in private.

ADALYN POV
It was currently 11:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. I didn't wanted to sleep, So I slowly got out of bed and cautiously left the dorm, taking care not to disturb Arilene. I was strolling down the hall while reflecting on recent occurrences. I have no idea what is going on in Hogwarts any longer since everything is so tumultuous.
I'm not sure if Dobby was right, but there's no denying that Harry is the major victim of every accident. I'd hate to tell that, but he's had worse luck.
"Miss Scamander." Oh my, look who was bringing up someone else's bad luck when she was having the worst of it.
"I bet it's either that goldy locks or snape" Sirius said rolling his eyes.
I looked up and see Professor Snape wearing his typical scowl. I naively grinned at him and replied, "Yeah, professor."
"Miss. Scamander put an end to these glances. Why are you getting out of bed after the curfew at night, ?" He queried. I said to the professor, "I was just enjoying Christmas eve. The cold wind and the beautiful moon, it's pleasant, you know, I wouldn't mind if you join." After this, perhaps he'd leave me alone.
"This could be done in your common area as well, Miss Scamander, not in the middle of the school hallway."
"Such a buzzkill" Sirius scoffed nudging james to say something. "What padfoot?" James looked at him to find him giving him puppy eyes. "Yeah? No I'm not taking you on a date to astronomy tower on christmas night, you can go there alone" James said causing Sirius to narrow his eyes at him, "What a traitor"
I begged him, "Come on Professor Snape, leave me this time, it's Christmas." "No, enter your common room right away," He told me. Such a buzzkill.
