There's a time in everyone's life when they have to decide about their priorities.

But, what are they?

Is it what makes us happy, and satisfied or what's in us, inside or soul?

What our heart desires, and makes our soul complete, something that gave our life purpose, the thing, a person that made us smile and we wake up happy, the people that surround us... that is it.

That is happiness.

That is the meaning of life.

A soulmate.

Without love, there is no life, a person dies deep inside, like a plant that dries and dies, but it's still there, and never the same again.

"Alpha, they retreat , like they are running away sudenly!" Jake shouted.

"That's add", Kayden said.

"I don't like this", he told Jake.

"Go check people, and double the guards at the border, something isn't right", he ordered.

Jake hurried to do what had been told him.

Kayden had a strange feeling in his guts.

He needed to be with Alora, take a shower, and just lie beside her.

He hurried upstairs and Blake was there with another warrior.

"Is everything alright?" He asked.

"Yes Alpha, no one hasn't been here since the attack", Blake answered.

"Not even the doctor?" Kayden asked.

"No ,Alpha", Blake said.

"He should be here soon to give her another infusion, if he comes, send him in", he ordered, and Blake nodded that he understood.

It was dark when he entered the room, which was strange, because it was a lamp beside the bed, on the nightstand, and the sound of a machine wasn't heard.

Kayden felt coldeness.

He switched the light, but there was no power.

He went mad.

He had good eyesight in the dark, and he couldn't see her.

But, in the hallway was a power, there was a light, he just saw it.

He took the battery from the drawer and lit up the room.

Alora was gone.

The machine was gone.

The room was a mess, the window was wide open, and there still was a rope on it, which would be strange when it comes to werewolves because they have no problem climbing up the wall, but that was needed to bring something heavy down there, and it was Alora and the machine.

"Blake!"Kayden yelled.

Blake entered the room in shock.

"Yes Alpha?"

"Oh my God!"

"Where's my sister?!" He shouted as if he couldn't believe his own eyes.

"That is what I want to know", Kayden hissed.

"How couldn't you hear anything, anything?!" He was angry.

"Atlest, you could smell the rogues, damn it!" Kayden said.

"If I could, she will be here , now, they obviously hide their scent and who ever did this is a pro!" Blake said in anger.

"Who wants to hurt my sister so bad?" He asked Kayden.

"If anything hapens to her, I won't forgive myself", he said with a broken voice.

"Pull yourself together, man!" Kayden ordered.

"We must go and find her as soon is possible", he said.

"What is so urgent that I needed to left the border so..., Holly shit!" Jake yelled.

"What the hell happened here?" He asked.

"Take the best seekers and find anything that could be found, I'll be there later", Kayden ordered Blake.

"Jake, they took her", Kayden said with anger, but his eyes were full of pain.

Jake saw the empty bed and was shocked.

When he looked at the room closely, he understood.

There was a pro, otherwise, Blake would have heard and smelled him", Jake said.

"No, it was more than a pro, it was him personally, I can feel it", Kayden said.

"Why do you think that was a rogue leader himself?" Jake asked.

"Because he took everything, the others would have left the machine behind, they wouldn't care, but he knew", Kayden explained.

"Everything with the attacking was a distraction, so he could took her away", he said.

"That's why they pulled back so fast and suddenly, because he already had her", he finished.

"Son of a bitch!" Jake hissed.

"I'll find him", Kayden said.

"I'll find him and when I do, I'll rip his heart out", he said with a voice cold as ice.

Jake felt like his hair pulled up.

He knew how cruel Kayden could be when someone touched something of his.

"He better pray that she will be okay, because if anything happens to her, anything...", he stopped, while his eyes went dark.

Jake knew he wouldn't speak again.

He was talking to his wolf now, and that was bad, very bad, not to him, but to those rogues.

They are doomed, and whoever was helping them, and there was someone, he is doomed too.

"You go prepare everything, I'll be in my office, and please, send someone to clean this mess", Kaden said absently, then left the room.

He was in his mind now.

His feelings were so messed up now, and his heart was broken.

He felt something was missing, but he couldn't explain to himself what that was, except ...

Could that be?

"I'll never speak to you again if you don't bring back our mate and our pup", Hade said angrily.

"I, will", Kayden told him.

"She would be here if you kept her better if you only understood what I was telling you the whole time, you fool", Hade said.

"I did keep her safe, Hade, just stop, I don't need this from you", Kayden told him.

"I think you do, because you feel it, don't you?" He asked."

Feel what?" Kayden asked.

"Pain", Hade said.

"You feel emptiness and pain because you miss her, don't you?" Hade asked him.

"You can't bear to be far from her, and it's impartible that someone other than you has her,", Hade continued.

"I feel that, and you feel it, too", He said.

"It's called love, Kayden.

"You love our mate, just like I do, there's no doubt about it, just pray hat it won't be too late", Hade told him.

"Find her", he said bitterly.

Kayden finally understood what Hade was telling him all the time.

He loved Alora, with all his heart and soul, and if he didn't find her soon, he would go crazy.

That knowledge made him happy, but also the sad man on earth because he hoped that it wasn't too late for him to show her how much he cared.
