"Do you know how long I waited for you to open up to me, to change?" She asked in disbelief.

"I know now", he answered, quietly.

"I doubt that and I can't fight you anymore", she said pleadingly.

"You can try", he said.

"Once ,you told me the same thing and I'm ready, are you?" He challenged her.

"Oh, don't you dare to play on that card!" She raised her voice.

"I'm not playing, I told you I'm staying here until you change your mind", he said firmly.

"God", she sighed.

"What you want?" She asked directly.

"A dinner, you and me alone, for a start", he said.

She raised her eyebrows.

"Really?" She asked, surprised.

"You don't do dinners, Kayden", she said.

"I want to take you to dinner, what is the problem?" He asked, and there was a smile on his lips.

"I don't know", she said, confused, walking toward the stairs.

"I can take care of Kaya, you should go", Violet said, hearing the conversation.

Alora looked at her warningly.

"What?" Violet acts naive.

"You need to go out, you are too much in the house and with Kaya, or you don't trust me?" She asked.

"You know I trust you", Alora defended herself.

"Then it's a deal, you are going out with this nice gentleman", Violet said with a smile.

Alora opened her mouth to say something, but when she saw satisfaction on Kayden's face, she gave up.

"We will see who will smile the last", she thought.

"I'll pick you up tomorrow at 8", Kayden said, while he leaving.

"You could stay at dinner ", Violet said to him.

"No thanks, I have a lot of work to do, even if I'm not at my land", he answered and left.

"How is the pack?" Alora asked shily.

"Our pack is fine, they miss their Luna, and I go there once a week to check everything, Kayden told her.

Alora blushed when she saw the look he gave her.

See you soon", he said and left.

"Why did you do that?" Alora asked Violet angrily.

"What?" Violet asked, confused.

"That!" Alora pointed at the door.

"Dear, you should give him a chance, I think that he changed", Violet said.

"You think?" Alora asked.

"I doubt that, it could be his game just to win me back", she said.

"He does want you back, silly", Violet said.

"You know he could made you go with him, and he didn't", Violet said.

"That is true, and I'm confused, why didn't he?" Alora asked.

"I guess that he wants to show you that he has changed", Violet said.

"I'm scared", Alora whispered.

"I know you do, but try, you can only win, not lose", Violet told her.

"He loves you, I can see that, and you love him, no matter what you aid or think, and you have a child together", Violet said.

"It would be a shame if you give up, without trying, at least you'll know that you tried", she told Alora.

Alora was thinking.

"You're right, at least I'll know the truth", she said.

Alora was nervous as hell.

That night she wore a blue dress that showed her perfect legs, and her blond hair fell on her shoulders.

She looked stunning, but she felt like it was the first time she had a date, which was true actually.

In her youth, she had no time for that, and Kayden never took her anywhere, while she was with him.

The bell rang and she nervously opened the door.

He had a black suit, with a shirt the same color as her dress, which surprised her, but not him.

He knew her every move, and even when and where she bought the dress.

He stuck like glue to her, and he had no intention of giving up.

"You look beautifull", he said to her, and gave her a red rose.

"You too", she answered quickly, hiding her look.

"Is Kaya sleeping?" He asked.

"Yes, Violet is with her, so she could gave her a bottle later", Alora said.

"Good", Kayden answered.

"Come", he said and took her hand.

The sparks were there immediately, for both of them.

It was a feeling that both felt and that was something they missed.

He drove in silence, and it could be felt that they were nervous.

It was a beautiful, warm night, full of stars, and Kayden was driving toward the beach.

He stopped and helped her to get out, then took some from the trunk.

It was a picnic basket, and a blanket, which surprised Alora.

They were on a sandy beach, under the moon, next to the water, and it was a beautiful sight, a place just for the two of them.

Alora took off her shoes and felt the sand under her feet.

She enjoyed it, and Kayden did also, looking at her.

They eat, drink, and laugh together, she even sees Kayden smile, which is odd, especially for Alora, because she has never seen him like that.

She felt happy and different, seeing Kayden in a different light.

It was all she wanted once...

Maybe he was changed, or it was different circumstances at the pack, she couldn't tell, but here and now, it was a blessing.

"You look happy, I guess you like it here", he said.

"I like it, yes, but I like you more, the way you are now", she whispered.

His eyes glowed.

Hers also.

They both felt desire, bonded with love, it was something they couldn't avoid.

He kissed her gently, and she answered him the same.

The kissing becomes passionate, and they both let themselves do it.

It was stronger than them than anything, the bond and the love they had.

Kayden touched her warm body, she felt how much he wanted her, and then she was frightened.

Alora wanted him, but she couldn't make a mistake again, but she didn't know that he felt that.

It was hard for him to gain control, but he did, and when their lips separated, he watched her straight to her eyes.

They both breathed fast.

"Don't be afraid, I won't do nothing to hurt you, especially not here", he said.

"Next time when we made love, it will be in our house, in our bed, and you won't be afraid of me", he said, and she couldn't say a word, feeling how well he knew her.
