"What ever happens, it will happen us together"
"How are you feeling today, you seemed a little pale", Violet said to Alora, when she came home from work.
"I'm okay, it was just a crowd today, that's all", Alora answered and lay down.
She was tired and had no appetite at all.
Violet tried to get her something to eat, but it was useless, so she gave up, covering her and telling her to rest.
Violet was like a mother to Alora.
She took care of her, and they were best friends.
They cried and laughed together, and they both looked at each other in life, simply living it together, and they managed somehow to stay happy, at least as much as they could.
But, when the night falls, the two of them have their demons to fight, and that's the harder part of a day, of life.
There's a time in every person's life, when that time comes and it's a natural cause of things, of life itself.
This night wasn't that good for Alora.
She couldn't sleep, she had pain in her stomach, and all she could think about was Kayden.
"Damn you", she whispered, while tears were streaming down her cheeks.
Four months passed and it was harder than she thought it would be.
Every night he was on her mind, even when she was running in the woods, Hade was on Fera's mind, too.
It was a pain that couldn't pass, and it never will.
The pain became stronger, and Alora started to breathe heavily, not being able to stop it.
Then she felt it.
The child was coming into this world.
Their child, and it was a moment of bliss and sadness, at the same time.
She stood up, and walked down the hallway, trying to reach Violet's room, but she was already awake.
Violet heard Alora's footsteps, so she came out to see what was going on.
"My child, are you okay?", she asked, worriedly.
"No, I think I'm in labor", she said fast, holding her belly.
"Oh, my God!" Violet yelled when Alora's water broke.
She just stood there in disbelief, not knowing what to do, everything happened too fast.
"Damn it, it hurts", Alora hissed.
"We need to go, fast", Volet said and took her hand.
"Come on, dear, we'll take you to the hospital fast", she said calmly.
The truth was that Violet was scared, but now it wasn't time for that, because she believed that Alora was petrified.
Although she was a doctor, she still wasn't ready for that, not alone at least, that's why Violet needed to stay calm.
It was a hard time for those two, but they had each other so everything should be okay.
At least they thought so.
Life wasn't easy for anyone, but if there was a friend, a true one, it became easier, for everyone.
Someone who understands, who listens without any questions, just to be there when you need somebody.
Love is another thing, by the way.
In love, you want somebody who will hold you in his arms and tell you"I'm here, everything will be okay, I'm not going anywhere."
"Alpha, there's news!" Jake barged into Kayden's office, holding his breath.
"Speak man, when you already run in like that!" Kayden ordered.
"We found her!" Jake said, smiling.
"I'll pack in a second, you'll replace me while I'm away", Kayden said.
"Wait, man, there's more", Jake said louder, and Kayden stopped at the door.
"You'll tell me everything by the way, I can't waste time", Kayden said, walking toward his room.
He had a rough time without Alora and now when they finally found her, he wanted to see her, to feel her presence again.
"We found the house where she lives, with an older woman named Violet, at the beach house", Jake said.
"She has lived there since she left, and I must say it was very hard to find a taxi that took them from the airport, but it was worthed", Jake said.
"Yeah, both money and time", Kayden said.
"Yes, she lives out of town, that's why it was so hard to find her", Jake said.
"I should have thought about that, she never liked crowds", Kayden said.
"You'll send me an address", he said to Jake.
"Yes, Alpha", he answered.
Jake already knew when he could talk with Kayden as with his friend or an Alpha, it was by the tone of Kayden's voice, he knew that well already.
And the fact that they grew up together as best friends.
"Oh, shit!" Jake said, looking at his phone.
"What happened?" Kayden asked, suspiciously.
Knowing Jake, he felt that something wasn't right.
"The P.D. sent me that they left with a taxi 15 minutes ago", Jake said.
"It's 4 in the morning there, where the hell could they go?!" Kayden raised his voice.
"Oh, shit, she's in labor, I can feel it!" He hissed.
"I don't think she will go to the city hospital", he said, more to himself.
Jake was thinking.
"There's a clinic where Alora works, not far from the house", he said meaningfully.
"Tell them to prepare the plane, I'll leave in 10 minutes", Kayden ordered.
"I already have", Jake said.
"But, I don't think you going to make it on time", he warned Kayden.
"Shut up, Jake", Kayden hissed.
"We'll be in touch", he said and left.
He prayed that he be there on time, but also didn't know how would Alora react, it was a lot on his plate right now.
But, it didn't matter.
His child was coming, and the woman he loved would give birth, that was all that mattered now.
He put his wall down and he could feel her pain, anger, anxiety, everything that he was holding back for so long.
She was suffering just like he was, now even more, because she felt all alone in this world, and it hit Kayden straight to his heart.
