He never felt that before, not with anyone, which was understandable, because they were true mates and marked.

He always had his wall up, not wanting Alora to feel or see his feelings, and reverse.

He was afraid, that was the real truth.

He was afraid that he could feel more than he felt now, knowing that was impossible.

He already loved her unconditionally, and now, when he felt all that she had, he didn't even realize that he put down his walls.

It was so many different feelings inside him, now when he knew and saw everything about her, that it made him crazy.

How could he be so blind?

God damn it, he could rip his head off, now, he was so mad at himself.

Can't this plane fly faster? He thought, frustrated already.

What will he do now, how will he prove to her that it was all his fault?

He made a mistake, letting her go by turning his back on her when she needed him the most.

He was really cruel, like everyone called him, especially toward Alora.

She was quite capable of taking care of herself, she didn't need him for that, never, but he needed her.

She also needed him but in another way.

Taking care of someone doesn't mean that you just make him a coffee, or give that person money, no.

It's everything that one person can do for another in life, and it's called love.

If a person knows how to love, there's nothing that she or he isn't capable of achieving.

Together, they can climb to the highest mountain and say "we did it."

The car already waited for Kayden at the airport.

He didn't think, of the address in his mind and he drove straight there and looked for a clinic where she probably was.

It shouldn't be so hard, he thought, but now, everything was harder for him.

Kayden was a closed man, he didn't talk much, but he had feelings, and there were so many of them, especially toward Alora, but every time he needed to say something, he couldn't.

He was alone almost his life and it was hard for him to open up to somebody, especially a woman, after everything he went through.

He had other things on his mind, he needed to build a pack and take care of his people, love was too far for him, and from that day Dana left him.

He swore that he would never loved again, but here he was, looking for the woman he couldn't live without, not knowing how to act or what to say.

Her scent was everywhere around the house and further, he felt that and it made him insane.

He wanted so much to hold her in his arms now, but would she give him a chance to do that?

Could she forgive him?

He was so scared that she would refuse him, that he couldn't think.

The big, cruel Alpha was scared like a child.

That was new, for the first time in his life for him, and it wasn't easy, not for Kayden.

He wasn't like other men, he acted, not talking, but he knew now that sometimes you need to say what's inside you.

And, he had no idea how to do that.

He drove until he saw a sign of a clinic.

It wasn't big, or small, it was just perfect, the place that Alora would choose.

He smiled, nervously, thinking of her.

He wasn't aware of how many things he knew about her until she was gone.

"Excuse me, I think my wife is here, she's in labor" " he said to the receptionist.

"You think, or she is here?" The woman asked.

"She's here, I know it", He said, seriously.

"Name?" The woman asked.

"Alora Anderson", Kayden said.

"You better hurry because she's already prepared for birth", she said.

"What room?" He asked.

"Honey, I don't know, what the doctor decided, go and search", the woman said calmly.

He sighed, unsatisfied, and stretched his walk in a hurry, looking into every room, but Alora wasn't there.

He heard a scream and hurried up inside, but it was another woman there, having a baby too, but not Alora, and he closed the door, in sweat.

he didn't expect that sight.

His skin crawled, and he saw many bad things in his life.

In last room was peaceful, but it could be heard talk between someone and heavy breathing.

He stopped and opened the door slowly.

Alra was on the table in labor, and Violet was next to her, holding her hand.

"Okay, just one big push", the doctor said, and Alora tried to do it bravely, but she was tiny and the baby was big.

"I will help you, don't be afraid", Fera told her in her mind, and Alora gave all of herself.

She was in sweat from pain and exhaustion, but when she heard the baby's cry, she was so happy it couldn't be said in words.

She gave birth to a baby girl.

Alora was happy because of that, but also sad when she thought about what she would need to endure in her life as a woman.

She started to cry.

She cried from happiness, pain, disappointment, and Kayden.

She wanted so much for things to be different and that he was the one holding her hand, instead of Violet, but she was grateful to her that she was by her side, and she will always be.

The doctor put her daughter to her chest and saw the man that was there.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?" He asked Kayden, but he had a hard time talking.

He was on his knees, witnessing the whole thing that was in front of his eyes.

The birth of his child.

Alora looked away and their eyes met.

They both were in shock.

Kayden stood up, not listening to the doctor's protest.

"You can't be here, mister, you need to leave", the doctor said, but Kayden just looked at him, warningly.

"I'm the father", he said, looking into his little girl, that was in her brave mother's hands.
