Defeating Auradon - A Descendants Story

Chapter 1

Once upon a time, long, long ago... well, more like 20 years ago... Belle married her Beast in front of 6,000 of their closest personal friends. Big cake. Yeah, so instead of a honeymoon, Beast united all of the kingdoms and got himself elected king of the United States of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks... basically all the really interesting people... and he booted them off to the Isle of the Lost with a magical barrier to keep them there. This is my hood. No magic. No wi-fi. No way out. Or so I thought. 

"Here ye here ye." An Auradon guard hopped out of the fancy white limo. He had a blue outfit with a feather on the top. "Future King Ben of Auradon chose to bring some VKs to Auradon. Gather round and I shall tell you of their names."

All of the VK kids wanted to go to Auradon, so we all listened. I went next to my best friend, Mal.

"Who do you think is going to go to Auradon?" I asked. 

"Probably not me because I'm really evil," she said. "But you probably will, Mama G." I'm the daughter of Mother Gothel. Everyone underestimated how old she was. It's like my magic power is constant foot pain and baldness.

The guy kept talking. "The kids are Carlos, Evil Jay, Mama G, and Mal!"

"WHAT?????????" Mal stomped to the front, and everyone ran out of her way.

"I literally killed three children," she argued. "I set half of the island on fire!"

The guy seemed uncomfortable. "I'm just reading what he wrote."

"Calm down, Mal," Evie, Mal's other friend said. "Maybe Ben's bringing us to torture us and save humanity."

"Yeah, and there's stuff to steal in Auradon," Jay said, tossing his empty bag with a dollar sign on it into the limo before climbing in.

"Come on, Mal," I added. "Maybe once we're there, we can overthrow the royal family and claim Auradon for ourselves."

Mal smiled. That's always been her dream. "Okay," she said.
