"And did I mention there's nothing I can do? And did I happen to say I dream of you every day but let me shout it out loud if that's okay, ay ay," Ben expressed.

"I met this girl who rocked my world like it's never been rocked and now I'm living just for her and I won't ever stop. I never thought that it could happen to a guy like me but now look at what you've done you got me down on my knees.

"Because my love for you is ridiculous. I never knew that it could be like this. My love for you is ridiculous. My love is R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S. It's! Just! And I would give my kingdom for just one kiss."

"Actually?" I interrupted. Ben nodded enthusiastically. "Okay give me a few days to think about it." This was an opportunity to get everything I wanted, but at the price of kissing Ben? This would be a hard decision.

I decided to skip my next class, mostly to avoid seeing Ben but also to find Mal. She was in the dorm room when I got there.

"Mal I need help," I said.

"I heard all the way from here," she said.

"Should I do it?" I asked.

"Yes," she said. "And we're going to give you a makeover first. Evie!"

Evie sprinted into the room. "Yes, dearest?" She saw I was in the room. "I mean dumbest," she corrected.

"We need to give Mama G a makeover, but I know nothing about makeup," Mal said.

"Don't worry, I studied to become a hair stylist with my small crazy friend but then I cut all my hair off," Evie said, stroking her bald head.

"Don't cut off my hair!" I screeched. Mother Gothel never cut her hair out of habit, so I'd been growing mine out as well.

"No," said Evie. Then she snatched up some scissors from her sewing project and cut chunks of my hair off. Then she got makeup and put it on me. Then she gave me an outfit to change into. Finally, I emerged and looked at a mirror.

"What have you done to me????????" I asked. She'd straightened my hair and cut it to my shoulders. I was fully coated in makeup, and somehow I hadn't processed the dress I was changing into because it was pink and princess.

"Whoops," Evie said. Then she left.

Mal looked at me. "I probably could have stopped her," she admitted. "Oh well."

"Noooooooooooooooo," I said. "Flower gleam and glow," I tried, but it didn't work. But I was also missing one key element.

"Rapunzel!" I cried. I hurried from the room to find her.
