(Hi I refuse to reread my previous chapters so I'm going to guess what's going on now)

Chloe and Bridget and Red and Ella get to the dance.

Ella and Bridget start boogying right away and Chloe wants to boogie too but Red stops her.

"You have to watch out for Uliana," Red tells her. "I'm going to stay close to Bridget. If you see Uliana do something, give me a signal so I can stop her."

Chloe does a series of funky movements in reply that almost resembles dancing.

"What was that you awful awful little princess girl?" Red asks.

"Uliana put Bridget into a guillotine," Chloe says.

"WHAT??????" Red spins around and sees that what Chloe said was true! Morgie was holding Bridget to the ground while Uliana steadied the blade over her neck.

"No!!!" Red cries. She charges forward to stop Uliana, but it's too late. The blade slams down on Bridget, and when it lifts, her head rolls off. Blood trails across the gym floor as Bridget's noggin flips end over end.

Chloe catches it.

"Quick find Fairy Godmother!" she calls.

"She literally doesn't exist yet!" Red screeches. She pulls Fairy Godteen from where she's cowering in the corner. "Fix her!"

"I don't know magic that strong!" she cries into her ugly ugly hair. "Get Yen Sid or whatever the main guy is. Merlin whatever."

"Guys can you be quiet!" Bridget cuts in. "It's not easy staying alive with all this racket."

"You're alive?!??!" Red asks.

"Obviously," she says. "If I died, then you wouldn't be alive."

"How are you alive?" Red asks.

"I'm from Wonderland, silly," Bridget says. "Chloe, can you bring me over to my body?"

Chloe does as she's told. She sets Bridget on top of her neck.

"Careful, don't get blood on the dress," Bridget warns her. Her neck melds back onto her head and she sits up.

"Much better," she says.

"Aw, man," Uliana says.

"Aunt Uliana, they foiled your plan!" Morgie, Morgana's son and Uliana's nephew according to the second Little Mermaid move, says.

"Rats," she says. Then they scurry away. Everyone cheers as they leave.

Chloe cheers uper duper hard. "This means we can go home now!" she exclaims.

Red shakes her skull. "We didn't change anything. Whatever turns my mom evil still hasn't happened, and we need to prevent it. We need to find Bridget now."

They look around for her and find her in the bathroom using baby wipes to get the crusted blood off. She waves at them through the mirror.

"Guys, can you help with the back?" she asks, lifting her hair up. They do, and she jumps and squeals. "Now I'm ready for Castlecoming." She links arms with Red and Chloe. "Come on, let's go find Ella."

The three of them skip back into the gym. They look everywhere for Ella, but they can't find her.

"I wonder where she went," Bridget comments.

"What's going on over there?" Chloe asks. There's a group of people standing in the center of the dance floor. They make their way over and see Ella there. Bridget walks up to her.

"Are you ready to dance?" she asks, holding out a hand. Then she realizes that Ella's talking to Charming. She looks confused. "I'm sorry am I interrupting?"

Ella shakes her head. "I need to talk to you, Bridget."

She takes Bridget by the arm and they walk off the dance floor to the corner, and Red and Chloe follow.

"What's wrong, El?" Bridget asks, concerned.

Ella sighs. "I thought I knew you, Bridget. But now I find out you can survive decapitation? I'm sorry, but I don't think we can do this anymore."

"What?" Bridget looks distraught. "What do you mean?"

"I mean I was talking with Charming," Ella says. "We bonded over our disgust when your head fell off, and now I'm going to Castlecoming with him."

DJ Doug's dad puts a new song on, and as it starts to play, Chloe recognizes it instantly. "So This is Love"

Ella takes a step away from Bridget. "I have to go," she says. She runs over to where Charming is waiting for her on the dance floor. Tears run down Bridget's face as they begin to dance.

"This isn't as romantic as I'd imagined Castlecoming when mom and dad described it to me," Chloe says. Red agrees.

They run over to Bridget.

"I'm so glad you guys are here," she sobs. "We're still friends, right?" Thankfully, she doesn't give them a chance to answer as she sniffles loudly. "Excuse me, but I need to go talk to Merlin right now. I don't think I can come back to school ever again."

She walks away from them and out of the gym, not caring that her dress was trailing through the sticky spots on the floor.

"This is what turns my mom evil," Red expresses. "I can't believe it was because of Cinderella."

"But remember what she said to her at the beginning of the movie?" Chloe asks. I don't remember because I don't feel like opening the Descendants 4 transcript, but you get the idea. Whatever that line was about how it was Ella's fault and how she embarrassed her or something.

"We have to fix this," Red says.

Chloe nods. "If Bridget turns evil, my mom will be killed and all of Auradon will suffer."

"Good, keep that in mind," Red says. "Because we're going to break up your mom and dad."
