I burst into rap class 5. She had to be here, and sure enough, she was sitting in the front seat. In the same row sat Ben, reading a textbook.

"Rappin' Zel!" I whispered. "Psssssssst."

Rappin' Zel had developed excellent hearing as a survival skill due to being kidnapped, so she came over.

"Yes?" she asked. Ben came up behind her too.

"What's all this commotion?" he asked. He looked at me. "Do I know you?"

I was stunned. Somehow Evie's trick would work to my benefit. If Ben didn't recognize me, I'd be able to hide from him and think on my answer longer.

"I'm, um, Mama E?" I said.

"Wow that's nifty!" he expressed. "We already have a Mama G at this school. All we need now is a Mama A, C, 3 E's, H, 2 R's, S, and a T, and we can get a cheese grater."

"Alright," I said. I pulled Zel aside to get away from Ben. I put my hand on her scalp.

"Flowergleamandglowletyourpowershinemaketheclock-" Zel slapped my hand away.

"What are you doing?" she snapped. I sighed.

"It's me, Mama G," I said. "I need to change myself back to normal, and you're the only way I know how."

"You're so stupid," she said. "My hair doesn't fix your appearance, it makes you immortal. You dummy just made your appearance that for eternity."

"WHAT?" I screeched.

Zel sighed. "I can help you after class because no one deserves to see that outfit. Come on." She led me into her class and dropped me in an open seat. Now I had to listen to raps.
