"I'm not sure why she's giving him a second chance, bailing on her during the party is kind of a dick move,"

"I'm not sure why she's giving him a second chance, bailing on her during the party is kind of a dick move,"

Josie rolled her eyes at Lydia's comment, bumping her hip with her cousin's as they walked down the hallway of Beacon Hills High School together.

"Because she likes him, and he clearly really likes her too," she tried to reason with her. "Trust me, you didn't see him during your party. Scott was...something was seriously wrong with him."

"Um, yeah something is wrong with him. Allison is hot an he abandoned her," Lydia said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "There's a reason I warned you two about getting involved with him and his weird little friend..."

"His friend has a name, and its Stiles," Josie laughed, leaning on the lockers next to Lydia's as her cousin grabbed her next set of books. "And they're both kind of cool, and very sweet. If you gave them a chance maybe you'd actually like being around them."

"Hm...I'll pass, I'll leave the dorks to you two for now," Lydia commented back, giving her a side eye. "But I heard a rumor that Scott isn't playing in the game tomorrow night, know anything about that?"

An eventful start to the week began with Scott apparently injuring Jackson during lacrosse practice, leaving him not in 'peak performance' mode as Lydia liked to call it for the game the following day. Josie rolled her eyes as the warning bell went off, falling back into step with her cousin.

"I've spoken to Stiles more than Scott, but maybe he feels bad about accidentally hurting Jackson?" Lydia hummed as they stopped in front of the doorway to Lydia's class, Josie's still further off down the hallway. She eyed her cousin, following her line of sight that was set directly on Scott from his seat in class. "Lydia, please don't torture the damn boy."

"Not torture...just mild threats," Lydia shot Josie a smile as she pat her cheek. "See you at lunch!"

Josie couldn't help but smile as her her pseudo sister walked into her classroom, hiking her own backpack up on her shoulder and moving down the hallway. Allison, who was in her next class with her, was stopped at her locker, hurrying to open it and switch out her book.

"Here," the brunette turned, giving a thankfully smile to Josie as she held out her head, letting the red head hold onto her book bag so that she could focus on opening up her locker.

"Thank you! I do not want to be late for this class, but looks like I'm going to be,"

"Guess I'm just going to be late with you then," Josie gave her a grin, but her lips fell down into more of a frown as Allison got her locker open, pausing.

Allison reached inside, grabbing the jacket that she had worn at the party and holding it in her hands, turning to Josie who was giving her friend a questioning look.

"Did you...you and Lydia have my combination, did you drop this off in my locker this morning?"

Josie tilted her head, shaking it slightly.
