Juniper Plinth and Lilo Plinth walked the streets of District Four. Although it was quite peaceful, Juniper did get stopped every now and then to be asked about victor life, for a signature, or her next performance. Juniper didn't really mind, though, she did want to be done with shopping.

"No, Lilo." Juniper was persistent with her answer, however, she underestimated her younger sister and her persistence.

"But why!" Lilo whined once again. "You know, you two are more similar than you think." Lilo crossed her arms, grabbing a few fruit and placing it into her basket, handing the shopkeeper some change.

"Odair and I? Please." Juniper laughed, walking along, looking at some bread. "We couldn't be more apart. You get along great with him, doesn't mean I need to."

Lilo rolled her eyes, walking faster to catch up with Juniper. This has been one of the many occasions where Lilo has brought up being friends with Finnick to Juniper.

"Yeah, but I want you to like him." Lilo said. "All you do is sit at home or get forced to go to the Capitol."

Juniper looked at Lilo with widened eyes, staring at the crowd walking by. Some people gave them some looks due to Lilo's loud mouth.

"Which... you love!" Lilo followed, Juniper continued walking down the street. "Hey, I'm just saying that maybe it isn't such a bad idea to try and get along with him? The 75th games is coming up, it's been years since you've guys had this... grudge against each other."

Juniper stayed silent. "I think you need more friends, too. Plus, he's cute! You guys could-"

"Lilo, I love you." Juniper stopped in her tracks, stopping Lilo in hers. "But Finnick and I would never work out as friends or anything more than that. You can be his friend, I won't ever let him be mine."

Lilo blinked a few times and the two just stared at one another.

"See, you said 'anything more than that', I didn't finish my sentence. Which means you've at least thought about him being something more than a friend at one point!" Lilo whispered, making an apparent breakthrough in her mind. Juniper groaned, continuing to walk down the street with her sister skipping behind her.

Juniper was growing very tired of her sister's accusations and her persistent pushing. Lilo continued talking about Finnick and how good of friends they would possibly be if Juniper just opened up, which went in one ear and right out the other.
