"Finnick?" Katniss spoke, looking behind the squad as her friend walked towards them. "Are you with us?"

"Looks like it." Finnick said, looking at the small group that was assembled.

"That was a short honeymoon." Katniss made her way towards him and the two hugged.

"Well, I guess we are going to have to have one in the Capitol after we take it." Finnick smiled to himself, but a familiar voice interrupted their conversation.

"Alright guys, gather round!" Juniper yelled out, earning the attention of the group. Juniper locked eyes with Katniss and winked. Juniper, Cashmere, and Lennox were standing side by side.

"Squad 451, you're my unit." Boggs spoke up, everyone formed a small circle shape and looked to him. "Lieutenant Jackson and Juniper are my second-in-commands."

Juniper sent a smile to Lieutenant Jackson, whom she met briefly. However, Jackson was just sending a cold stare to everyone nearby. Juniper nodded to herself and looked at Finnick, who was smiling at her. He had his trident in hand.

Lennox nudged Juniper, whispering. "She seems friendly."

"Oh, super." She whispered back, the two smiled and kept listening.

"Each one of you is elite in some sort of combat. But we are a non-combat unit. We'll be following days behind the front troops."

"You're to be the onscreen faces of the invasion. The star squad. It's been decided that you're most effective when seen by the masses."

"So, we're not gonna fight?" Gale asked. Juniper sighed, knowing that he would be the one to speak up. Yes, Juniper was a bit disappointed at first when she found out that they wouldn't be helping the front line, but, as long as she was helping somewhere it didn't matter.

"You'll do whatever you're ordered to do, it's not your job to ask any questions." Juniper shot back at Gale, who looked off to the side and at Katniss when Juniper gave the answer.

"Yes, ma'am." He said, looking down at the ground beneath her feet next.

"Our instructions are to shoot propaganda footage on the battle-scarred streets of the Capitol. You were handpicked to intimidate their forces." Juniper said, but was interrupted next by Cressida.

"And inspire surrenders." Cressida said, Juniper nodded, looking back at the group.

"Even though we'll be working on abandoned streets behind the front lines, I can guarantee wherever they put us will not be safe." Juniper continued. "This is a war, everywhere we go will be filled with pods and potentially peacekeepers. You have to keep your guard up, you're all high-value targets to the Capitol."
