"Well if it isn't Ms Riccardo" a voice said from behind me "I can't say I'm a fan of that little stunt you played earlier with the paparazzi"

I had discarded my trail, but even still, it took me a moment to turn around to see the owner of the voice.

Lewis Hamilton

Great

"I don't know what you're talking about" I shrugged, turning back to look at the gowns

"No?" He spoke, I could hear his shoes on the wooden floors as he took steps to stand beside me, both of us faced the gowns "Cause I could have sworn it was you that bumped into me and called the paparazzi over to me"

"You must have the wrong person, I must just have one of those faces"

"I beg to differ Delaney, and plus, I'd remember your face"

"Why?" I smiled, turning to look at him, however he was already looking at me "do I look like my brother?"

"I think you know what I mean" he said, with a nod as he put his hands in his pockets and turned to look at the gowns in front of me

"Either way, I'm afraid that wasn't me, you see I'm on a strict training schedule, I'm sure you've heard - "

"Oh I certainly have, the great destroyer is coming out of retirement for one final season to vanquish her enemy"

"I am indeed" I spoke, taking a deep breath as I did

"Woah, that doesn't sound like someone who's excited for what lays ahead"

"I'm not about to talk to my brothers enemy about it" I spoke, a bite in my words

"Enemy is a strong word"

"The right one" I said, looking over and meeting his eye, both of us with the same look on our faces. His hatred for my brother was evident "now if you'll excuse me, my time is valuable, now more than ever, and I won't be spending it with a second place driver"

"She's modest too" he spoke

"Rather that than a snob" I bite back

"I'm not a snob"

"Okay snobby" I nodded before turning to walk away

"I'm the last thing from a snob"

"Sorry, I can't hear you over my massive ego and your snobbery" I called over my shoulder

"Well aren't you so high and mighty"

"Yes, yes I am" I smiled before walking out of the room and leaving him behind.

"And then I realised it on was the roof!" Daniel exclaimed, the entire table exploding with laughter. Daniel had always been good at entertaining people, making them feel comfortable and making them laugh. Me however, I've always been the opposite, I stay in Daniel's shadow when it comes to these things. But that's where I'm happiest, I hate talking to people, especially trying to entertain them, I can't think of anything worse.
