Sam sat on the couch in Mon's office, her expression shifting from contentment to disappointment as Mon took the urgent call from her parents. Mon hung up and turned to Sam, her face apologetic.

"I'm so sorry, Sam," Mon began, her tone sincere. "I need to go home to my parents tonight. There's something urgent."

Sam's shoulders slumped, and she pouted slightly. "But I wanted to spend the evening with you," she said, her voice tinged with a hint of sulkiness.

Mon walked over and gently cupped Sam's face. "I know, sweetheart. I want that too. But it's important. Please stay with Grandmother tonight, so someone can look after you while I'm away."

Sam sighed, nodding reluctantly. "Alright, I'll stay with Grandmother. But you owe me one."

Mon chuckled softly, kissing Sam's forehead. "Deal. I'll make it up to you, I promise."

Sam's lips curved into a small smile, though she couldn't completely hide her disappointment. "Okay. Just come back soon."

Mon hugged Sam tightly. "I will. And I'll call you as soon as I can."

As Mon gathered her things and prepared to leave, Sam watched her with a mixture of love and longing. Mon gave her one last reassuring smile before heading out the door. Sam sighed deeply and leaned back on the couch, already missing Mon's presence and feeling the hours stretch ahead without her.

The next morning, Yha paced back and forth in the office, her phone pressed to her ear as she tried to reach Mon. She called again, her worry growing with each unanswered attempt. Finally, Mon picked up.

"Mon, thank goodness!" Yha exclaimed, relief evident in her voice.

"What's going on, Yha?" Mon asked, a hint of concern in her tone.

"Sam's been looking for you all morning," Yha explained quickly. "She's really anxious and has been pressuring me to find you. She won't calm down."

Mon sighed softly. "Alright, Yha. Just relax. I'll be there in thirty minutes."

"Okay," Yha replied, her voice still a bit tense. "But what should I tell Sam?"

"Let her wait in my office," Mon instructed. "I'll handle it when I get there."

"Got it," Yha said, sounding a bit more composed. "See you soon."

As Mon ended the call, she quickened her pace, her mind already focusing on how to reassure Sam. She knew Sam's anxiety must have spiked for her to act this way, and she was determined to be there as soon as possible.

Sam sat in Mon's office chair, her eyes red from crying. Her hormones were all over the place, making her feel even more upset that she couldn't reach Mon. She sulked, staring at the phone on the desk, willing it to ring.

Without a sound, Mon carefully opened the office door. She saw Sam’s slumped figure and felt a pang of guilt. She quietly crossed the room, then slid her hands from Sam's shoulders down to her chest, leaning over to plant a gentle kiss on Sam's cheek.

"Hey, you," Mon whispered softly.

Sam jumped slightly at the unexpected touch, but her expression quickly turned to relief and then a mix of anger and sadness.

"Where were you?" Sam's voice was shaky, her eyes filling with fresh tears. "I’ve been trying to call you all morning."

Mon hugged her from behind, resting her chin on Sam's shoulder. "I'm so sorry, love. I had to deal with something at my parents' house. But I'm here now."

Sam sniffled, wiping her eyes. "I thought... I thought something had happened to you. I couldn’t stop thinking the worst."

Mon kissed Sam's cheek again, then her temple. "I'm sorry for making you worry. I should have called you first thing. It won't happen again."

Sam turned in the chair to face Mon, her eyes still glistening with tears. "I was so scared," she whispered.

Mon cupped Sam's face in her hands, her thumbs gently wiping away the tears. "I know, and I'm here now. I promise, I won't leave you hanging like that again. Let's get through this together, okay?"

Sam nodded, her breathing starting to steady. "Okay."

Mon turned the chair so Sam was facing her, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "How about some breakfast?" she teased, her fingers deftly unbuttoning Sam's blouse.

Sam's eyes widened, and she placed a hand on Mon's wrist to stop her. "Mon, remember, I'm still pregnant."

Mon just smirked, ignoring Sam's protest. She walked over to the door, locked it, and quickly called Yha. "Yha, please make sure no one disturbs me for a while," she instructed, her voice steady.

Turning back to Sam, Mon's eyes softened slightly but still held that teasing light. "I think I can have a little bit of Sam," she murmured, continuing to unbutton Sam's blouse until it was halfway open, revealing her collarbone and chest.

Mon straddled Sam, her weight settling gently on Sam's lap. She leaned in, her breath warm against Sam's skin as she savored the smoothness of Sam's neck, trailing soft kisses up to the back of her ears.

Sam shivered at the sensation, her initial protests melting away. "Mon," she whispered, her voice a mix of exasperation and pleasure.

Mon nuzzled Sam's ear, her voice low and filled with affection. "Just relax, Sam. Let me take care of you."

As Mon continued to kiss and caress her, Sam felt her worries and tension slowly dissipate, replaced by the warmth and comfort of Mon's presence. For a few precious moments, everything else faded away, leaving just the two of them in their little world.

Mon continued to savor Sam, her lips trailing down Sam's neck and across her collarbone. Sam couldn't help but moan louder, her voice filled with a mix of pleasure and need. Mon quickly covered Sam's mouth with her hand, her eyes twinkling with playful mischief.

"Shh," Mon murmured, her breath warm against Sam's ear. "We don't want the whole office to hear, do we?"

Sam's eyes were half-lidded, her breath coming in soft pants as Mon continued her ministrations. Mon leaned in closer, her lips brushing against Sam's ear as she whispered, "So, are you still mad at me?"

Sam's muffled protest turned into a sigh as Mon's fingers traced patterns across her skin. She shook her head slightly, her eyes meeting Mon's with a mixture of frustration and desire.

Mon chuckled softly, her hand still gently covering Sam's mouth. "I didn't think so," she said, her voice teasing and affectionate. "Now, let's see if I can make it up to you."

As Mon continued to straddle Sam, her movements slow and deliberate, she removed her hand from Sam's mouth, replacing it with her lips in a deep, lingering kiss. Sam melted into the kiss, her hands gripping Mon's waist, pulling her closer.

When they finally pulled apart, Mon's eyes were filled with tenderness. "I love you, Sam," she whispered. "And I'll always make sure you know it."

Sam smiled, her earlier frustration forgotten. "I love you too, Mon," she replied softly. "Now, let's finish this 'breakfast' quickly before someone really does interrupt us."

Mon laughed, a light, joyful sound that filled the room. "Deal," she said, leaning in for one more kiss before both of them had to get back to their day and cherishing these stolen moments together.

With a disappointed sigh, Mon reluctantly pulled away from Sam's embrace, her fingertips lingering on Sam's cheek for a moment longer before she reached for her ringing phone. Pressing the speaker button, she answered with a hint of frustration in her voice.

"Yha. Didn't I said earlier I don't want to be disturbed"

Yha's voice crackled through the speaker, her tone urgent yet respectful. "It's Neua. He said he needs to see you, says he's your friend."

Mon's brows furrowed in concern as she exchanged a brief glance with Sam. "Alright, thank you, Yha. Let him in in  five minutes please."

As Mon unlocks the door, she and Sam playfully adjusted each other's appearance, their movements were filled with a mix of tenderness and amusement. Mon smoothed Sam's hair with gentle strokes, her fingers deftly buttoning up Sam's blouse as they exchanged shy glances. Sam reciprocated by straightening Mon's collar and applying a touch of lipstick, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment at the unexpected visit they were about to receive.
