As Mon arrived home, her heart heavy with sorrow, her parents greeted her with concern, their eyes filled with worry at the sight of their daughter's tear-stained face. "Mon, what happened?" they asked gently, reaching out to comfort her.

But Mon couldn't find the strength to articulate the turmoil raging within her, the weight of her emotions too heavy to bear. With a heavy sigh, she dashed past them and hurried upstairs to her room, her tears flowing unabated.

As Mon retreated to the solace of her room, tears streamed down her cheeks, the memories of Sam's wedding three years ago flooding her mind like a torrential downpour.

In a vivid flashback, Mon found herself transported back to the day Tee, Jim, and Kade gathered to prepare for Sam's wedding. The air was charged with anticipation as they readied themselves for the joyous occasion. Suddenly, Jim's phone rang, breaking the silence with its shrill tone. Startled, Jim's expression shifted to one of shock at the unexpected call from Mon. With a glance at Tee and Kade, as if seeking their guidance, Jim hesitantly answered the call, unsure of what Mon's inquiry would entail.

As Jim answered Mon's call, her heart quickened with a mix of surprise and concern. "Hey, Mon. What's up?" she greeted, trying to mask her shock at the unexpected call.

Mon's voice trembled with urgency on the other end of the line. "Jim, where are you right now?" she asked, her tone tinged with desperation.

Tee, sensing the gravity of the situation, signaled for Jim to put her phone on speaker mode. Jim complied, her brow furrowed with worry. "Why do you need to know, Mon?" she inquired, her mind racing with a sense of foreboding.

Mon's response sent a chill down their spines. "I need to see Sam, but she's not answering her phone," she confessed, her voice filled with anxiety.

As Jim, Kade, and Tee exchanged shocked glances, the realization sank in. Mon was in England, and her sudden need to see Sam spelled trouble. With a shared sense of urgency, they knew that they needed to act quickly to unravel the mystery surrounding Mon's unexpected arrival.

As Tee intercepted the conversation, she took charge, her voice steady with determination. "We'll meet you at the cafe near the church, Mon," she declared, cutting through the uncertainty. Jim and Kade exchanged wide-eyed glances, shocked by Tee's sudden decision.

Mon's agreement came swiftly, her voice filled with gratitude and apprehension. "Thank you, Tee. I'll be there in 15 minutes," she affirmed before ending the call.

Kade couldn't help but voice his confusion. "Tee, what are you doing?" she asked, her tone tinged with concern.

Jim shared Kade's worries, her brow furrowed with apprehension. "Mon could see Sam's wedding," she pointed out, her voice laced with concern.

But Tee remained resolute, her gaze unwavering. "Mon needs to know the truth," she stated firmly. "It's better to face it head-on than to hide it and have her find out later." With a determined nod, Tee led the way, knowing that the path ahead would be fraught with uncertainty but determined to confront it nonetheless.

As they arrived at the café, Tee turned to Jim with a solemn expression. "Jim, you should go ahead to the ceremony. You're Sam's maid of honor, her best friend," she instructed, her voice tinged with understanding.

Jim nodded, her heart heavy with the weight of the situation. "I'll do that," she replied, her voice filled with determination as she prepared to fulfill her duties to Sam.

Meanwhile, Tee and Kade settled into the café, their eyes scanning the room anxiously as they waited for Mon to arrive. They knew that the truth awaited her, and they were determined to stand by her side as she faced it.
