Unbroken Bonds Chapter 5

"If you keep being this cute, I'm going to get addicted." Aiden's body wrapped around the tall and lithe man that melded to him like they could become one instead of two. "You can't give me this much of you acting like this and then go back to His Highness when we leave the room."

"Fuck His Highness," Sega yawned as he snuggled his face into the broad and deliciously warm chest. Pale fingers played with the curly gold hairs on the supple skin and Sega simply let his face settle against it, taking in the scent. They'd fucked all night. Bite marks were everywhere, yet still there weren't enough.

He propped his chin on Aiden's pecks as he kneaded the plump skin. "You are stuck with this for at least three years. Maybe if you piss me off, I'll withhold myself to punish you, but as long as you stay a good boy and don't make me cry again, I will be on you like a six foot six koala."

Aiden's chest rumbled with his laughter even as his hands smoothed up and down the back that had become toner. "What is this? Your back is looking too fucking sexy for my liking. I don't want to beat every person that we pass off with a stick. As if you weren't already molded by the Gods to look like you shouldn't walk among us. You're not allowed to get chiseled."

"I am already chiseled, just more delicately than you are. Don't act like you don't know where I've been. Left me to climb mountains like I do physical activity on purpose. I sweated daily, Aiden. I was outside with the creatures you have flying around and got touched by their little wiggling legs and buzzing wings far too often."

Sega looked into the eyes he wanted to stare into endlessly. "I had to talk to people and socialize." Sega actively pouted. "Aiden, I was out there helping to build new houses. Me with hammers and nails. Do you see my nails, feel my fingertips? Because of you I had to do normal people things, you lumberjack. When I said yes to your proposal, that was not to be put to work."

Aiden's smile grew as the bewitching face pouting at him made him melt. "You are being ridiculously adorable. I can't deal with it. You are driving me insane. Knowing you took care of my people, you are making my heart hammer."

"I can feel it. Didn't I just say you forced me to learn to work with more tools?" Sega kissed the warm skin beneath him, hand trailing down between them. It seemed even if a goddess stitched Aiden back together, it left a seam. "I can build things up and break things now. Whatever will you do now that I'm a handyperson?" Sega purred the words as his hand indeed became handsy.

Aiden's eyes immediately crossed from amused to lust lidded. They'd done it at least four times last night. Two for each, they switched off and after the fourth round, neither of their knees cooperated. It still wasn't enough. If sleep and body aches weren't a thing, they'd still be rolling around. Sleep did happen, however, so their bodies had a moment.

"Didn't you get enough last night, you hungry beast?"

Sega kissed across the wide expanse of chests, nipping between the marks already made by him last night. It was technically morning. The sun couldn't shine, but there was always a little less gloom in the air around this time.

He wondered if the Sun Goddess battled with Night while they sought to aid her in the mortal realm. "There is no such thing as enough. I saw this place pierced through... I felt it. I felt the beacon of kindness and justice you carry inside of you, torn out like it should not be treated as one of the most precious things in existence."

Sega kissed the center of Aiden's chest again, right over the beating heart. "I will never have enough. I'll have it everyday just in case it's our last."

Aiden flipped them, sliding up silky smooth arms to tangle their hands together. They both had big hands, though his were stocky and Sega's were slim and as soft as the plushness of his mate's ass. "You are going to take me from this world by taking my breath and making this gift from the Goddess stop beating. How I screamed to the heavens when I was fading. You finally gave me every part of you, in my home, in my arms, and they ripped it away."
