He blinked and noticed himself still in the bathtub, his head and chest above the water. It was a vision.
He stepped out of the tub after a while, he sat by his bed. His eyes pondered on the ceiling, he lay down to sleep.
His eyes closed up, he saw himself in space. It looked like a room, a room with thirty silver pillars. He stood in the middle, his eyes noticed the gold book open up in front of him, he looked at the floating book. He saw the same symbol, the strange woman had it, the young boy had it and he just realized Solstice had it, Apex had it, Nebula had it, Celeste had it but he didn't have it. It was a symbol of two infinity signs crossing each other, he woke up and it was morning.
The second starts with him still in his room, locked up like a prisoner for sale. He stayed calm watching the still weather, this place had no form of joy besides the royal house and the food he received. Speaking of food, he felt a bit hungry, and a knock hit his door just in time. A solaract brought his food greeting, 'Good morning lord Xander. Your breakfast.'
When he dropped the tray, he said, "thank you."
'It is an honor, would you care for anything else?'
"Yes, my freedom I guess."
The solaract felt his humor and said, 'do the silly, Celeste will let you out of the room when their day is complete. Then you'll move to Earth SOID.'
"Wait, that's it. Three days and it's over? Solstice said it'll take eleven years."
'A day here is a month at Earth X and Earth HZ. The timelines are quite different. Tomorrow he'll let you out or possibly this evening, I hope you studied, he set the written tests before the vocal and physical."
"Thanks for the head start."
The solaract left the room and locked the door as well. He stayed silent for a while, he moved closer to his plate. He took a bite from the bread, the warm honey bread felt so good in his mouth. He took another bite and chewed, a letter passed through a portal to his table. It dropped from above.
He stopped chewing, he swallowed the peach juice in front of him. He dropped the glass and picked you the enveloped letter, he expected it to come from Celeste but no. It's Luna.
He read aloud, "Alexander Nova, the first son of Galen. Where are you? It's been long, a year and one month after your disappearance. You left for so long, our mother had already passed away after the first six months of your disappearance." He stopped reading. His mother had already died months past. He lost a part of his appetite.
He exhaled and took the letter again, he continued reading, "We buried her and waited for Dad to give a safe signal of his return, he's back to Earth X and Void is still in charge of the firm. Zephyr asked of you three months ago, he wanted to see you. There's new updates from the laboratory. The celestial serpent saga and the lovebirds saga. Aurora nearly got pregnant for Void and our new mother is Mara. I look forward to hearing from you, love, Luna."
This letter had both good and bad news, he didn't know what to feel or how to feel it. He knew better than to show these letters to Celeste. He dropped the paper, he chewed more on the honey bread like his mother hadn't died.
Just almost immediately, he took the second bread and ate. He gulped more peach juice till he dived into the grapes, he felt like he was being fed for future slaughter. Another letter dropped. This one had an imperial seal in it, it had the symbol. Clearly it came from Celeste.
He opened it and it was empty, he took a proper look on the front and the back view but still nothing. He dropped the paper, a knock hit his door as it opened. Celeste walked in with a different suit, he asked, "do you love the bread, I baked it myself." He locked the door.
"Yes… I… do." He spoke with a mouth full of food. He swallowed, he drank water and stayed attentive. Celeste walked up to him, he sat by him quietly. Celeste took his hands to his right thigh, he slowly moved till he got to his dick.
Xander froze, his heart, his mind, his lips, his spirit, his soul, his brain, his entire being. He froze immediately. He was out of words and sanity.
Celeste wasn't bad looking to him, he had a young appearance. "Do you want me to stop?"
Xander fought within his mind for a yes and a no. "Yes, stop. I need you to train me not fuck me."
"What's the difference? Anyway, the test passed!"
"What?! That was a test?"
"Of course, you'll need your mind right for the training. I'll need you in ten minutes. Get ready, that's your suit. Meet me in the lower room, you'll easily spot it. It's the biggest room here. It's easy to find." He walked out, he left the door unlocked this time. He just banged it shut.
Xander ate the third honey bread, it felt so good. It drank his second glass of peach juice and rendered a loud burp. He drank more water, he had another belch.
He hid the letter under the plate, he took it and hid it in his bag. He quickly ran into the bathroom, he cleaned up and appeared twenty minutes late for his training.
Celeste stood there with a short knife, staring at him silently. He knew he had messed up.
