The next day as I headed into school, I saw a guy that looked familiar. It turned out that the guy was Jacob Penson, the star quarterback on the school football team.

I was surprised to see him in one piece. After all, I was the one who texted Tekmen late last night about what happened to Jacob at the park.

I ran over to the star quarterback and greeted him. Jacob stopped and stared at me for a few seconds. His skin was slightly pale, and his brown eyes were red rimmed.

Either he hadn't gotten enough sleep, or he was on his phone all night. "Hey, Wilson", was Jacob's response as he kept walking.

I quickly walked after him and asked him if he knew about what happened the past three weeks. To think that tye times when Gerard and Spencer were at the hospital, and the mosquito incident occurred, this all happened within three weeks.

Jacob started to calm glfown as he insisted that we exchange contact information. So once we were finished, he told me that he'd talk yo me five minutes before lunch period. I agreed and we headed to class.

I decided not to ask him what happened because it might be a sensitive matter to bring up right after we just arrived at school.

Tekmen and I met up as I filled them in on what Jacob and I talked about. "I think you should talk to Jacob on your own, and get back to us when you're done, Jeremy." Spencer advised.

The guys thought that Spencer's idea would work as we headed to class. When class was over while I stood in the hallway, I saw Jacob heading to his locker.

I decided to go and talk to him. He and I talked for a few minutes while ehading to class.

He told me that he had a black bag on his head when he was in a black van. The van stopped and men grabbed him as they hauled him inside of a building.

Jacob didn't remember much as to what happened, but he told me that he remembered getting a shot in his arm.

The stuff from the syringe was orange, and it was evident that Jacob was given the formula from the syringe. The orange stuff was the same stuff in the syringe that Vance and Vince had at their house.

But I knew better than to tell Jacob that. I told Jacob that there was a backup quarterback on the football team, and that the guys and I joined the team.

Jacob smiled and told me that he hoped we could have a game of football together sometime.

I told him that would be great as we went to class.
