❝HUH. . . YOU’RE STILL ALIVE?❞

A female’s voice spoke from behind, feeling a gush of wind run past my back and someone caressing my hair.

“It’s pretty. What do you do to it? ” This female kaiju asked. Which was fascinating ‘cause i never thought Kaijus had intelligence, much less care about my hair care routine.

“It’s simple, really. ” I mumbled, deciding that fighting with only 52% of my unleashed combat power would be useless.

I could feel sparks all over my body, the Kaiju’s hand that was caressing my hair getting caught up in my transformation and ended up being blown away. Instinctively, she leapt backwards, gaining distance.

But who am i to let such a precious weapon material go?

I arrived exactly in front of her before she could even set foot to the ground, using the sword that would appear alongside my fascinating Kaiju form.

“You’re not getting away. ” I spoke, venom in my voice as i slashed the sword in her arm, neck, and pierced the sword in her stomach.

“Strong. Who are you? Why are you residing within that human? ” She asked, kicking me away from her.

“Are you talking to the Kaiju in me? Unfortunately, she doesn’t want to talk to weaklings like you. ” I scoffed, pointing the sword at her.

“How many are there of you guys? ” I asked.

“It’s useless. You humans can never win against us. My master. . . he will destroy you all. ” She laughed loudly.

“You shall be taken care of once we meet again. All powerful humans must be killed.”
She voiced, and i observed her body.

She heals major wounds in 2-3 seconds, the minor injury in her arm in just a second. Her regeneration speed is fast. A daikaiju, definitely around 9.0 given how much sura she exudes. Her core. . . I used this form’s useful X-Ray ability, despite not showing the core’s position itself, it helps in identifying its position for it marks the area surrounding the core a little differently than its organs.

Right below her stomach. Found it. I licked my lips, readying my next attack.

“You shouldn’t dwell on me any further, human-kaiju. Your friend over there will get killed. ” She pointed out from where Shinomiya was earlier, and the situation struck me.

“This won’t be the last time we’ll see each other, human-kaiju. Farewell. ” She waved me goodbye, an ugly teasing look on her face.

“Who says you’re leaving?” I asked, jumping up and reaching her leg, pulling it down.

She looked shocked, yet furious at my persistence. She held her hand out, a beam of light forming in its middle as she fired it at me.

Hmm, so that’s where that shot came from. I thought, letting go of her and using my tail to shield me from the light. I ended up landing on the ground, looking up at her escaping form.

I reverted back to my human form, pressing on my earpiece.

“Vice-captain, three daikaijus have appeared. I don’t know if the sensors sensed it, but i’m certain of it. I’ve injured two, but they retreated. The presence of the third disappeared as soon as the Honju strengthened.” I informed, saying that there were three to include my Kaiju form to avoid suspicion.

“So that’s why your vitals disappeared momentarily.” the vice-captain mused.

“I apologize for the scare. ” I hummed, running towards Shinomiya’s direction.

“You’re not scaring anyone, we trust that you won’t die. Still, good work. We’re on our way, provide Shinomiya back up and hold on until we reach there.” Kyaa, he praised me! I’m gonna drool!

Understood.”
