Y/N, reluctantly sipping the water Yakimano insisted on, soon felt the room spin a little less. She mumbled something about needing a shower and stumbled towards the bathroom.

Yakimano followed her, concerned about her unsteady steps. "Y/N, let me help you."

She waved him off weakly, but he stayed close, ensuring she didn't fall. Once in the bathroom, she tried to undress but fumbled with the buttons on her dress.

Yakimano stepped in, gently unbuttoning her dress and helping her out of it. "Let me take care of you," he said softly, guiding her into the shower.

Y/N leaned against the tiled wall, her eyes closing as the warm water cascaded over her. Yakimano reached for a washcloth and gently began to wash her, his touch careful and tender. She murmured her thanks, too tired and drunk to protest.

Once she was clean, Yakimano turned off the water and wrapped a towel around her. He carefully dried her off, then picked her up and carried her to their bed, laying her down gently. Y/N sighed, her eyes fluttering shut almost immediately.

As Yakimano tucked her in, his phone rang. He glanced at the caller ID, frowning when he saw it was his father. He stepped out of the bedroom to take the call, closing the door quietly behind him.

"Father," he greeted, keeping his voice low.

"Yakimano, we have a problem," his father's voice was grave, the weight of old authority and concern evident. "We've discovered a mole in our base. Someone has been leaking information to the other side."

Yakimano's heart sank. "Do we know who it is?"

"Not yet," his father replied. "But we have a lead. I need you to come to the base. This is urgent."

"I understand. I'll be there as soon as I can," Yakimano said, his mind already racing with the implications. He hung up and took a deep breath, trying to steady himself. This was bad news, and it couldn't have come at a worse time.

He returned to the bedroom, watching Y/N sleep peacefully for a moment. She looked so vulnerable, and the thought of anything happening to her made his chest tighten. He needed to protect her, but he also had to deal with this new threat.

Yakimano packed a bag quickly, not wanting to wake Y/N. He wrote her a note, explaining that he had to leave for an urgent matter and would be back as soon as possible. He left the note on her bedside table, then kissed her forehead gently.

"Stay safe," he whispered before slipping out of the room.

As he drove to the base, his mind was a whirlwind of thoughts. Who could the mole be? What information had they leaked? And how deeply had they infiltrated their operations? He needed answers, and fast.

When Yakimano arrived at the base, his father was waiting for him. The old man's face was stern, his eyes sharp with worry and determination.

"Yakimano, we have to move quickly. The information being leaked could put us all at risk."

"I understand," Yakimano said, his voice steady despite the turmoil inside him. "What's our plan?"

His father briefed him on the situation, outlining their next steps. As Yakimano listened, he couldn't help but think of Y/N, asleep at home, unaware of the storm brewing around them.

He had to keep her safe, no matter what. And that meant stopping the mole before any more damage could be done.
