Nothing is mine, he isn't either
Breathe
Remember
He is not mine
And nothing is mine

This body
It is not mine

He lives out loud
Loud and public
Dancing, singing and loving

I live quiet
And discreet
Writing poems, in silence

Every tear I drop
It's a part of the sea
Every pain I feel
A thunderstorm
Every goosebump
The breeze
My hair
The rainforest

My curves
Mountains
My voice
Bird songs
My skin
Flowers and leaves

Nothing is mine
Nothing is his

I am nature's
And come from her
Was born from her
And nothing is mine

The rage I feel
It is not mine
It is the storm
Inside my heart
Which is also
Not mine

All of these
It's just a complicated weather
Inside my always calm and quiet soul
It will pass
Like any storm
It will also look stunning
Terrifying
Like any storm
But stunning, like all nature does
