After the battle was over, he attempted to be dragged out, however three former battle contestants stopped him. Gladion, Iris, and Lance, the three champions that Ash had taken out.

Gladion: Ash, we have a problem. It seems you're going to be interviewed.

Ash: Excuse me? (Remember after the battle with Lance Ash recruited the champions to take down Silver, along with a few gym leaders.)

Lance: I will never get used to him doing that. Basically, after you beat Iris, the news station has been trying to get to you. It got worse once you beat Gladion and me as well. We may have booked you with a reporter.

Iris: Before you get mad, it was either that or they film and stalk you.

Ash: I would have noticed that and put a stop to it. My way. (Hand glowing)

Lance:  Then you'd be even more trouble.  Anyway, the interview is at the battle stadium, so seeing as yours was the last battle of the day, you can head over right now. Just make sure you don't do anything stupid.

Ash: You realize I need a translator right?

Gladion: Use your Gardevior, or better yet get Paul or Brock.

Ash: Gardeviors at Cerulean cave training, Paul's MIA, and Brock is with Gardevior, training. No not in that way Gladion, get your head out of your ass. Hormonal teenager.

Gladion: Sorry!

Lance: What about your girlfriend? Dawn? Oak told me.

Ash: Of course he did. I use aura with her, she doesn't know a lot of sign.  Only the basics.   I might have a solution, though she might not like it. Gladion, your family knows sign language, correct?

Gladion: I mean yeah, Lusmine taught it to us. Never told us why, just that we'd meet someone who could change our lives, and we'd thank her for it.   Just so we're clear, I'm not doing it.

Ash:  Sometimes she isn't a terrible person. It's a small world Alola Champion. I'll be there in five. Just don't attempt anything when you see who it is blonde.

Iris: Better be quick!

Ash teleported away, and the champions headed to the field. After a moment, Ash teleported back in front of the entrance. He walked in, with a certain someone on his left. Ash entered the field, and there was a massive set in it. (just think a talk host type deal)

Ash headed towards it, with his translator behind him. He tapped the person in front of him. She raised his eyebrow at his left. Ash pointed at her, then his mouth, showing this was his translator.

She nodded and placed the duo down. A moment later the interviewer came out, known as Cameron. He had black hair, about 5'10, and had an air around him that said I'm a bigshot, deal with it.

Camera man one: And we're live in three, two, one!

Cameron: Welcome back to another interview! This time we're Interviewing the mute trainer, also known as Ash Ketchum!   I'm assuming the lovely lady next to him is a friend?  Maybe more?

Lillie: My name is Lillie, and I'm his translator.

Cameron: Daughter of Lusmine, CEO of Aether Foundation?

Lillie: Yeah, that's me.  (Eyes look down, a little distraught.  Ash taps her hand, showing it was ok)

Cameron: Excellent! Now then, let's get started. Ash, tell us, how in the world did you beat three champions! Not only that, but with relative ease. Those shinies you have really show some brute strength!
