*Ricky's POV*
The marriage life wasn't anything like i expected it. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing and I loved Ryan with all of my heart, i just felt way too grown up now. Like, dude, i'm married. Five years i would have never imagined myself to be where i am now. Five years ago i wouldn't have had feelings for Ryan as i do at this point. It was thrilling and scary all at once, and i'm not exactly sure how i felt about that.
"You guys are married!" Chris came up to us after the ceremony, along with Josh and Ghost.
"No shit." I scoffed sarcastically, hooking my arm in Ryan's, resting my head on his shoulder lovingly. I never felt more connected to him in my life, and i'm sure i will always feel this way. In Josh's arms was a beautiful looking Riley, who was wearing her all black flower girl's dress. She was playing with a toy grasped in her hands as she looked at us. She has grown so much and ha even learned a few words.
"Dada!" She put her hands out to me as if she wanted me to hold her. "Dada, dada!" She squealed. I sighed and took her from Josh who looked kind of upset.
"No, no. That's Dada." I pointed to Josh who smiled at her, she instantly giggled and clapped her small hands. I could see the love in her ayes as she watched over Josh. She must have just got a little confused as to who was her dad. I get it, she's young. "Love you, sweetheart." I kissed her forehead before passing her back to Josh.
"Hey, Rick, this is my step cousin Frank." Ryan caught my attention, motioning to a man that was just about my height, maybe a little shorter. "Do you think he'd be able to stay with us for a while, just until all of his stuff is successfully dropped off at his new house down here? It'll only be about a week maybe two." Ryan begged.
"Of course, nice to meet you..." I held out my hand for the short black haired man to shake. He had a devious smile that played on his lips.
"Nice to meet you, too." Quickly he retracted his hand and placed it in his suit pocket. "Thank you for letting me stay with you, i promise i'll be out as soon as possible." Soon after, he disappeared back into the waves of people making their way out of the abandoned warehouse to the after party that Ghost had set up.
Something just didn't seem right about him. I mean, maybe it was just me being paranoid. I haven't slept in a while so that's probably it.
