"Ugh!" I growled in defeat. There was no way I was going to make it out of here alive anytime soon.

"I know, right. It's so irritating how you try to escape and then you get dust thrown at you," Hazel said.

Wait, Hazel?

Wasn't she dead?

Oh, right. She was put into a coma.

"Who are you?" I asked, slowly backing away from her.

"Relax, I'm on Lee's side. But, if she found out about how you are acting like a baby, she'd be so mad," she replied.

"Right, Lee's side. Have you seen the others?" I questioned with disgust when I said 'the others' to make it sound like I hated them.

Let's just be on the safe side here.

"Yes, actually. I put Percy into that coma thing, so he should be with us once he wakes up," Hazel informed.

She took Percy.

I grabbed a stick that was on the ground and shoved it hard into her chest. "Don't you dare touch Percy again," I warned.

"The dust hasn't gotten to all of you, huh? Maybe not your heart?" she teased.

But before she could do anything, I pushed her to the ground, threw my own magic dust (from when I went insane) and ran screaming, "Percy!"

*****

"Oh, Annabeth! Are you on Lee's side, too?" he asked with a (girly) squeal.

"Yes, I am," I began. "But do you really want to go around killing Jason, your best friend? What about me?"

"Annabeth, love has to be put aside if we are going to win this war," he stated.

"What war?" I worried.

"Didn't Lee tell you?" he answered.

"No!"

"Then she must not trust you!"

"That's ridiculous!"

"Stop, Annabeth!"

"Don't you love me?"

"Not anymore!"

With that, Percy stabbed me in the gut and walked away, laughing evilly.

*****

"Uh....." I groaned. This day was obviously not over.

"The stupid, worthless, and highly vulnerable Athena scum has woken," Frank warned my predator.

What is wrong with these people?

"Oh, Annabeth! It seems like my dust doesn't work on you," Lee informed. "I've tried so much, but you are just too headstrong. I'm very glad to say this, so I'll just tell you. You are going to die!"

Gee, where have a heard that before?

I was chained to a wooden post, and there was dried blood everywhere. At least, most of it was dried. Some of those 'tests' that Lee was taking about involved taking my blood.

I looked around. "Percy?" I gasped.

He had a weapon in hand, and a devilish smirk on his face.

"You are going to die," he echoed.

Percy was going to kill me.

Before I knew it, tears started dwelling up in my eyes, and everything was glowing. I felt power renewing my body. This was some kind of power that I hadn't felt in ages.

My chains snapped. The blood vanished. My odors washed away. I was healthy, with no more scars showing or any signs of a heart brake. I was new.

This time, you can call me weird. This time, you can call me crazy. But this time, I'm a different person.

And this unstable, perfect teenager is about to kick some boo-ty.

I heard a knife clash to the ground. I couldn't see anything, but I knew that I was attacking for the force of good. I let my body roll free, and soon, Lee stood, unconscious, on the floor. Percy, Frank, Hazel, and Piper had now golden-free eyes and looked dizzy.

"Go! Find Leo and Jason and report back to me!" I screamed.

Running hastily, all of them obeyed and went off to search.

Now I could definitely get used to this kind of behavior.
