Chapter 26

The next day, I woke up and just wanted to stay in bed all day. I didn't want to look at my phone at all either. I was scared to. I just want to stay in bed and watch netflix.

After a few hours of watching Netflix, i decided to get up to make breakfast. I put my hair in a messy bun and walked to the kitchen.

I made a grilled cheese sandwich and poured myself some orange juice. Right when i was about to sit down someone was knocking on the door.

I lazily walked to the door and opened it. "Hey." Benjamin said with a smile. "Hey... Wow i look like shit right now sorry." i said and tried to fix my hair. "No you don't you look beautiful." he said with a smile. I blushed a tinse bit just a lil bit okay maybe a lot of bit. "Thanks, come in." i said.

"Are you bearly eating breakfast? Its almost 2." he said and pointed at my grilled cheese. "haha ya i was just um lazy today." i said and smiled slightly. "How are you, like from yesterday..." he asked. I sighed, "Fine." i said and took a bite of my grilled cheese. "Vanessa, please." he said and looked at me with his big blue eyes. "I don't know how i feel I dont know if i should feel sad or angry or i don't know, i just don't wanna think about it. " i said and just stared at my grilled cheese. "I'm sorry i won't talk about it again." he said. "Its fine.." i said and took a sip of my orange juice.

"Soo what are you planing to do today?" he asked. "Uhh probably just stay in and have a pity party.." i said jokingly. "Well after your pity party maybe you can go to an actual party, tonight, with me." he said and smiled. "Hmm i don't know who's throwing it." i asked. "One of my friends, tony, he goes to school with us." he replied. I thought about it, i'm not sure if i should go. "C'mon let's go it'll be fun." he said. "Okay i guess I'll go." i said. "Good so i'll pick you up at 5?" he asked. "Yup." i replied back and smiled.

Ugh can't find shit to wear!! I scrambled through my closet and looked everywhere. Benjamin is going to pick me up in an hour. I guess ill just wear this. I picked out a black halter top with shorts. I put on my makeup adding some blush and more eyeliner than usual. I put on my shoes and its was already 4:55.

Benjamin should be here any minute i thought and went outside.
"Yoo girl you ready to party!!" Benjamin said and hugged me. I Iaughed and nodded. "you look stunning." he said and grabbed my hands. "Aww thank you." i said and smiled. "Okay let's go." he said.

Once we arrived to the party, the music was blaring and there was people everywhere. I was getting super nervous, i don't know why i just was. "Do you wanna go inside or outside in the backyard?" Benjamin asked. "Let's go outside its stuffy inside." As we made it outside we both greeted everyone we knew.

Once we got to the backyard, there was a decent amount of people and they were all dancing. "Let's go dance!" Benjamin said and pulled me to the dance floor. We both danced for like an hour! I was kinda shy at dancing at first but i got used to it, it was fun af!

Once we got off the dance floor we were both sweaty and gross. "shots! anybody want a shot!" some girl yelled as she carried a tray with multi colored shot drinks. "Do you want one?" Benjamin asked. "I'll drink one if you drink one." i said and smirked. "Okay deal." he said and grabbed two shots. "Here you can have the red one and ill have the orange one." he said handing mine to me. "Okay ready 1.. 2.. 3.." i said and then drank it. It was so gross and burned my throat. Benjamin and I both made disgusted faces and we both started laughing. "Okay that was gross i don't know how people like that!" i said and laughed. "Haha right!" Benjamin agreed. "Let's go see what there is to eat." he said and i nodded.

There was a whole table filled with food. Good food. There was wings, ribs, potato salad, cookies, brownies, candy, and most importantly PIZZAAAA. Me and Benjamin looked at each other like as if we were in heaven. I grabbed a slice of pizza, potato salad, brownies, cookies, and candy. Benjamin grabbed the same as me except gets wings instead. "We going to eat good today!" i said and we both started laughing.

We had to stand up to eat since there was no seats. We both munched on our food. "Damn these brownies are bomb." Benjamin said and stuffed his face. "They are but the pizza is the bombest." i said and laughed. "You have a little something right there." benjamin said pointing at my face. "Hmm where?" i asked trying to find the spot. "Here right there." he said as he grabbed his thumb and rubbed the pizza sauce off my face. We both stared into each other's eyes and blushed and smiled. "So, the rumors are true." someone said behind me.
