Moxxie continued stuttering, still struggling to tell Balin if angels were evil or not. In Hell's case, they were, considering their annual Extermination Days used to control it's over-population issues from above.
"Listen kiddo," Moxxie began. "The thing is that..."
Balin listened closely, as Moxxie took a deep breath in seeing his curious face about to be heart-broken.
"The Heaven you were meant to believe in, it..."
"Uncle Moxxie? Is Heaven bad?" he asked him again with a little more worry. Blitzø, Loona, and Millie were just as nervous about he would react as much as Moxxie was.
But Moxxie couldn't hold it together and teared up. "I can't do it! I just can't."
"Can't do what?" Balin asked. "Look, Balin, Heaven's..."
"Yes darling. They are." Millie finished for him, sighing sadly. Everyone else turned to her with looks of shock at what she just did.
"After Hell started expanding, with Lucifer and Lilith's arrival, the angels in charge made a deal to hold an event, where an army of angels known as Exorcists would visit us from Heaven and just... just..."
Balin was shocked at what he was hearing as Millie teared up next. "They kill whatever demons they can hunt down. Maybe even us." she choked.
"Angels... kill?" Balin backed up, feeling scared. "No. No, this has to be a joke. They can't do that."
"No buddy, it's not." Moxxie spoke softly to him, wiping his tears.
"So... you two are telling me, that everything I've believed, is a lie?"
Moxxie said in guilt as he rubbed his head in response. "Yes." Balin then lowered his head in upset.
"Wow. Some uncle and aunty you two are." remarked Blitzø, before Loona slapped him on the head softly. "Uh, ow!"
"I'm so sorry Balin." said Moxxie, as he then rubbed his shoulders. "At your age too. Believe me, we would never wanted to do that."
"Don't worry. I'm okay." Balin sighed wiping his nose, causing the four demons to widen their eyes.
"Okay? Kid, aren't you... crushed, by any of this?" Moxxie asked the boy in surprise.
"I am. But I already know how it feels." the boy said. "I guess I was right after all, Loona." he looked to the female hellhound. "Maybe there are monsters in my world after all."
"Oh, no... buddy..." Loona was heartbroken by him saying those words.
"And you think that's 'OK'?" Blitzø reacted in shock. "Kid, tell those two words to the angels who murdered my therapist!" Loona slapped the back of his head again, even harder. "Shut! Up!" she seethed her teeth at him. "Again, ow!" Blitzø rubbed his head hissing in pain as she walked over to him.
"Well do you want to know something I'm right about?" she crouched down to the boy's level. "That inside every demon, there's a rainbow."
"The words of the proud author who made that book." Moxxie rubbed his head, before Balin grabbed the book and saw the author's name at the front. "Charlie Morningstar?" the boy read. "That's... Satan's daughter?"
"Lucifer's, actually." Loona snickered. "Wow..." the boy was surprised at what he read. "I guess... what is okay about it is that there's not a lot of angels who know about these exterminations anyway." Loona thought out loud.
"That... actually sounds like a good point. T-Thank you, Loona." Moxxie said. "Can't believe I'm agreeing with you." Then he turned back to Balin.
"Princess Charlie may be a demon, but she believes more in redemption than most others do." Moxxie smiled at him. "So try not to lose faith in anyone by how heartless they can be at times."
