Elphias: Hello brother!
Dumbledore: That's the voice of Elphias. Welcome from Ireland, what did Harry say? Or just give me his letter.
Elphias: The searchers of the town sealed the doors, and we were locked up, whilst they investigated where the virus began. They would not let us go, so that is why I was delayed in going to Ireland.
Dumbledore: Who delivered my letter to Harry then?
Elphias: I could not send it, and I couldn't get an owl to do it either. They were that scared of infection.
Dumbledore: An unlucky turn that will do a lot of danger. Millie will wake up in three hours: I will write to Ireland and keep Millie at my house till Harry comes.
