Lucky's desperation fueled his rage before he pulled out the sleek black pistol. The first shot echoed through the room, but the 9 millimeter bullet only grazed Jasiah's cheek right below his eye, leaving a searing trail of pain, but he didn't falter. Lucky on the other hand, had been shot in his rib by Spoon as soon as he pulled the trigger on Jasiah to make sure a second shot wasn't attempted.

As the crowd scattered and made their way towards the nearest exits in fear of their safety, the back of Jasiah's hand wiped against his cheek before seeing blood against his skin. It felt like he had been cut with the sharpest knife, although he could feel the heat from the bullet burning the edges of his opened skin.

When he looked up, he saw Lucky, who was holding his hand over his wound making his way for the exit to get away just like everyone else was and he almost blended in, but Jasiah's timing beat him.

"Get that nigga" Jasiah directed Spoon, before his eyes scanned through the bodies for Iris's pink attire but he couldn't find her. With over two hundred bodies pushing towards the doors, he wouldn't be surprised if she got carried away with the current-like movements. She wasn't leaving either, although his reasoning wasn't with malicious intent, he wanted to make sure she was okay but with everything else going on around him, he couldn't be focused on her whereabouts too long.
