Alex's POV
It was finally Sunday. Danielle had no clue what to expect of today. She had sent us all a text saying "Have a great show! Wish I could be there cheering you on!" I had talked to her boss on Friday and he agreed to let her off early. It wasn't easy, but I convinced him. Cassadee just left to go get Danielle and it was almost time for We Are The In Crowd to go on stage. I was getting really anxious because I really wanted everything to turn out perfectly.
Cassadee's POV
It took 20 minutes to get into town. It was my job to get Danielle from work to bring her to the show. She had no clue. I walked into the small shop and went on a search mission to find Danielle.
"Cassadee! What are you doing here? Aren't you going to the show tonight?"
"I'm not going. We have a little girls night out tonight," I said winking.
"But I'm working all night, I can't."
"Go ahead Danielle, she already talked to me, I'm letting you off early," her boss said walking in.
"Seriously?! Thank you!" She ran and hugged me tightly.
"Alright, let's get going then!"
20 minutes later, we arrived at the venue.
"Wait, I thought we weren't going to the show? What's going on Cass?"
"I thought we'd watch All Time Low's set. Come on, we don't have much time before they get on. We have actual tickets so we can watch from the front of the stage instead of the side." She looked confused but she would understand soon.
We got in and pushed our way up front gaining dirty looks from fans. Well we had a good reason for being up front.
A few moments later, All Time Low got on stage and she looked happier than ever.
Alex's POV
It was time to get on stage and I was starting to get anxious and nervous. Here goes nothing.
"HELLO BALTIMORE! ARE YOU READY TO PARTY?!?!" The crowd screamed in response.
Say goodbye to the halls and the classes
Say hello to a job and the taxes
I spotted Danielle and Cassadee in the front row and smiled right at Danielle making the girls behind her have a fit. The night went on, then it was time for me to do a few acoustic songs. Here we go...
"So I'm changing up our original set list just a bit I hope you guys don't mind. Usually I would sing Remembering Sunday but I'm doing a cover and it goes a little something like this." The crowd screamed again. I smiled, looking down into the crowd.
She's the girl that no one ever knows.
And I say hi, but she's too shy to say hello.
She's just waiting for that one to take her hand
And shake her up.
I bet I could.
I wish my heart was always on her mind.
'Cause she's on mine like all day, all the time.
Forget me not, forget me now.
