Danielle's POV
This night was bittersweet. Alex apologized but it was awkward being near him and I hated that. The rest of the band talked to me normally and I would be living with Zack until further notice. We The Kings invited me to go on tour with them but I told them I couldn't be away from home that long and maybe if I got enough money, I could fly out to a few more of their shows. I stayed with them in the hotel tonight but in the morning, they would drop me off at Zack's and everything would go back to normal. Well, not exactly, but almost.
We left the venue, saying goodbye to the guys and going back to the hotel room with Charles and Hunter. I slept beside Hunter while Charles slept alone because unlike the other guys, we didn't get a pullout couch. in our room. But I liked being beside Hunter.
I was wide awake for a while. I stayed up, thinking about how upset I was at Travis for multiple reasons and my conversations with Zack. Honestly, I didn't want to be near Travis for a while. He kissed me when he knew I was upset but it wasn't just the kiss. It was the fact that I specifically told him I didn't want anything to do with Alex for a while then he brought me straight to Alex which made things worse. I missed Alex more than ever and now, he probably wouldn't take me back after tonight. I felt awful and I wanted nothing more than to be back in Alex's arms. But I couldn't. He should move on and so should I.
Starting tomorrow, me and Zack would be packing up everything in my house. I sold it for Alex as a surprise, thinking we could live happily together. I was obviously wrong. The people who bought the house would be moving in next week. Zack offered his place as a place to stay so I would be staying there until I could find somewhere to live. He was also having a party at his place so it would be something to help me forget about everything for a night.
Slowly, my eyes got heavy. Maybe I just needed some sleep.

I woke up the next morning at 8 am because the guys had to check out and leave for the next state on tour. I thanked them for being so great to me and hugged them all for long periods of time. Saying goodbye was always the hardest part.
I waved at the 5 guys in the bus as they departed while tears streamed down my face. Zack came beside me, pulling me in and hugging me. I buried my face in his chest. Once I stopped crying, we headed for the car, driving away to my house to do a bit of laundry from tour and packing boxes. I sold a lot of furniture online already so I didn't have too much to pack up. Someone would be coming tomorrow to pick up the rest of the furniture, then I would be done all packing.
We stepped back, looking at the almost empty house. Boxes were piled at the corner while the remaining furniture was packaged and left in the kitchen for the people to take tomorrow. I would miss this place but it wouldn't be too long before I forgot about it and moved on. Zack dropped me off at HMV so I could work 3 shifts since I missed a lot of work from being away with We The Kings.
My last shift ended at 7 pm. Zack picked me up and we went back to my temporary home so I could change and get ready for this party he was holding at his house. I slipped on a skirt for the first time in years and a plain tank top. Might as well try something new, right? I could hear people talking downstairs meaning the party was starting. I straightened my hair and put on a bit of makeup and slipped on my only pair of heels.
By now, the house was filled with people with drinks in their hands and the music was blaring. I found Zack in the kitchen with a few other guys.
"Uh Danielle. You look.... wow," he said with a shocked look on his face.
