Alex's POV

It was the sixth stop on tour and it had gone by really fast. Tonight we were in Toronto which made Danielle anxious. Her and Matt fixed the problem but things were still awkward between them although she was fine with the rest of the band. She started singing every night with Simple Plan and Marianas Trench. I was proud of her. We weren't around each other as much though. She usually got pulled away by another band, Zack or Rian but I guess it was good for her. She called me 'babe' whenever she saw me, which surprised me for many reasons. 

It was early in the morning and we were still driving to Toronto. I hopped out of my bunk to go find something to eat when I saw Zack sitting on the couch watching TV. I sat across from him on the other couch. 

"Good Morning, why are you up so early?" 

"Couldn't sleep." Zack was always up early on tour. 

"Oh. Well tonight should be interesting." What?

"Why?" I asked confused.

"Just because, you'll see." 

"Zack if you're pranking me I swear-" 

"Good Morning." Danielle came out of her bunk rubbing her eyes. 

"Morning," Zack said turning back to the TV.

"Good Morning," I said patting the seat beside me. "Come sit." 

She took a seat beside me cuddling into my side. I put my arm around her pulling her closer. I could see Zack smiling from the corner of my eye. 

"I miss cuddling with you. I miss talking to you." 

"Me too Danielle, me too." She rested her head on my shoulder as I rested mine on her head. My eyelids became heavy and I fell asleep.

"Take a picture!" 

"No, you do it!" 

"Why? You already have your phone out!"

"Fine."

"Oh leave them alone." Since when was Cassadee here? 

"Thanks Cass," I mumbled slowly opening my eyes, smiling. 

"Someone slept well," she said turning towards me.

"Yes, until I was interrupted." I lifted my head. 

"Sorry, if it helps I stopped them before they took the picture." Danielle slowly woke up as well. "I wouldn't want that to happen if I were sleeping beside Rian," she winked and ran to the back when she saw Rian. 

"Now is it a good morning now that you slept?" I asked Danielle. 

"I haven't slept in days. I sleep better when I'm beside you. I feel safer." 

"So maybe we'll need a new bunk arrangement then." I kissed the top of her head. I looked down realizing I only had sweat pants on. "I'm going to go get changed, I'll be back." 

She giggled,"Ok. Actually I should do the same." She got up and went to go find something to wear for the day. 

I pulled on a pair of ripped grey jeans and a GK shirt and fixed my hair in the bathroom mirror. Taking one last glance in the mirror, I walked out seeing everyone in the back playing video games. Typical day for the band. I joined the rest of them while Danielle got ready. 

We reached the venue a few minutes later. 

"OK EVERYONE OUT OF THE BUS, WE'RE RUNNING LATE ALREADY AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T DONE SOUND CHECK!!" yelled an angry Flyzik. "SHOW STARTS IN 3 HOURS AND THERE'S 3 OTHER BANDS THAT NEED TO DO SOUND CHECK, HURRY UP!"
