Y/n's P.O.V
We left Lantern City faster than I didn't know what to escape from Macaque, but now the city was covered in Lady Bone Demon's iceTang looked at me. "Um, so uh, Mrs. Queen, ma'am, I don't wanna rush you or anything but--."
"I'm okay with rushing her." MK interrupts. "What's the plan, Monkey Queen? We've got all three Rings of Samadhi, so how do we use them to make the Lady Bone Demon go boom? Is there a switch or-."
"It's a bit more complicated than that." I gestured outside the window of the sky train and pointed to a mountain. "In order to reforge the Samadhi Fire, we'll need to reach the summit of that mountain."
"Huh." Pigsy spoke up, looking at me. "And, uh, that's where we'll find the fourth ring, eh? Ain't that right, Monkey Queen?"
I looked away, remembering the promise I made Ao Lie.
"Fourth ring?" W-whag fourth ring?" MK asks in confusion.
Tang laughs. "Oh, Pigsy, I think you're confused. Monkey Queen said they split the Fire of Samadhi into three rings. Three rings hidden by the three great warriors, Monkey King, the Demon Bull King and-."
The sky train starts stuttering, and out the window, a familiar face was in his Fire Ring vehicle.
"Uh, who dat?" MK asks.
The fire rings from the vehicle disband, causing the sky train to stop moving completely.
Nezha emerged from the vehicle, throwing two flaming wheels, making the train car split in half.
"Get back!" I quickly move everyone out of the way before the train split.
"Y/n. Finally." Nezha stood in front of us.
"Nezha, old buddy old pal. Don't tell me you came all the way out here to see lil' ol' me." I teased him.
"You know exactly why I'm here. I will not let you reforge the Samadhi Fire and doom this world." Nezha pointed his spear at me.
"Too be honest, this world was doomed from the beginning." I said to him.
Tang laughs giddily. "I can't believe it's really you! The legendary Third Lotus Prince, Nezha! I must be the luckiest Tang in the world!"
"Silence, mortal!" Nezha pushed Tang away.
"Let me guess, you found us cause you took a sneaky peaky at the map while you were supposed to be guarding it. Now, who's untrustworthy?" I kept teasing him.
"I didn't have to. I knew the ring had been tasked to hide.was safe in Chang'e's care until you stole it!" Nezha shouted.
"Ah, correction, she gave it to us." I corrected him.
"That doesn't matter, I had a feeling the Demon Bull King would've kept his instead of hiding it as instructed. No, surprises there." Nezha said.
"Yeah, it was l quite obvious the moment we split the rings." I said to him.
"Which brings me to your ring. Worst kept secret ever!" Nezha shouted at me.
"Well, I mean, not wrong." Nei said, making Sandy nod.
"Hey!" I crossed my arms. "I'll have you know, I admitted that I was stupid at the time when hiding it."
"This is exactly why the Rings if Samadhi should have been entrusted to me alone!" Nezha grumbles, approaching MK. "Hand over the rings, child. I won't ask--."
"Don't touch him!" I stepped between Nezha and MK, punching Nezha in the stomach, and launched him into the air.
"That's not going to stop Nezha for long. Go. You have to get yo the mountain now!" I turned to the others.
"And then what?" MK looks at me.
"Just wait for me there, kiddo. I'll explain everything, I swear. Now, go!" I told him.
"But-but I cam help! Let me help you." MK tries to stay.
"There's no time, bud. Macaque is going to be here soon. I said go!" I ordered him.
MK took one last look at me before exiting the sky train and escaping to the mountain with the others.
I summoned my cloud, tucking the "rings" away as I flew in the opposite direction.
"You're not getting away this time." Nezha flies after me.
Me and Nezha begin to fight for the "rings" while the others escape to the summit of the mountain.
"You're faster. I'll give you that. But we both know I hit harder!" I shouted, attempting to kick Nezha, but he launched me into a mountain. "Alright. That hurt."
I checked to see if I still had the "rings," but Nezha had them in his hands.
"You might hit harder. But I'm still faster." Nezha smirks.
"Heh. You sure about that?" I chuckled. "I bet you're feeling pretty dumb right now."
Nezha growls and grumbles. "Why can you never just let me have the last word?"
Suddenly, Macaque emerged from the mountain and launched several ice spikes at me and Nezha, trapping us both.
"Not good." My eyes went wide at the sight of Macaque having his srm encased in ice.
"Is that?" Nezha gasps.
"Macaque." I stared at him.
______________________________________"What did the Lady Bone Demon do to you?" I held back tears, wanting to reach for him, but I couldn't due to the ice keeping me pinned to the mountain.
Macaque didn't say anything as he ripped the "rings" away from Nezha's hands.
"No!" Nezha struggled, still trapped in the ice beside me.
"Macaque, please! Don't give the "rings" to Lady Bone Demon. You don't have to listen to her!" I tried to plead with him.
"I couldn't care leas about what the Lady Bone Demon wants!" Macaque tears the "rings" apart, revealing them to be made of hair.
"What? They were fake? Y/n!" Nezha looked at me.
"Yeah..." I looked away.
"So, the real rings are with MK. Perfect." Macaque smirks.
______________________________________As me and Nezha struggled in the ice, a beam of light shot up from the summit of the mountain.
"The ritual. They've started the ritual! Y/n, what have you done?!" Nezha says.
I growled. "I told them to wait!"
Macaque moved to leave.
"Macaque, please, just don't hurt him." I begged.
Macaque turns his face away from me. "I'll try not to, peaches."
Macaque blasts his way toward the mountain.
"Stop! At least hear my plan!" I shouted, but Macaque was already too far away.
No, if I don't get to the summit of the mountain, Mei and everyone else will be in more danger than they already are.
A/n-Chapter is done. Now, onto the next.
